Very disappointing. Counter intuitively comma I ordered half rack of ribs from this same restaurant via doordash, It arrived hot and the ribs were absolutely delicious. Side dishes were also just fine, the corn was good. Comma nice and warm because it was kept in a aluminum oil jacket. And yet I come and sit down inside the same restaurant, Order the same thing, But my ribs arrive tough, and room temperature at best. I tried them, And did not take another bite. Took him home in a to go box, and my mom used the rib meat in her cooking. Genuinely terrible. Corn was okay. Again, not as hot as with delivery. Nor as buttery, the door dash Corn was well coated in melted butter. Luckily the french fries were good, both times. That was mostly what I ate.
Also ordered a drink that I can't quite remember the name of but I will include picture. It tasted great and had nice presentation. Drink was just as vibrantly colorful as it looked on the menu, But just had so much ice in it when I was finished. I'm not a big drinker, And I was driving, So I was fine with this, But I could see someone being unhappy with the value proposition. It was actually the highlight of the meal for me, lol
Get it together Chili's! By the way I can hear you using a microwaveve. I havehad amazing meals at this location. I will say that I went during the afternoon when the restaurant was pretty dead, But to me that's just not really an excuse. If anything both the food quality and service would logically be better, there's less tables to serve. But I understand that sometimes when a restaurant is really busy and running like an well oil machine. They can turn out very high quality meals and service so, Hard to say. Also my firsoft drink that was ordered a sprite was basically flat. Somebody had neglected to change out the syrup packet in the back of the soda machine. I asked for a different soda and the one that was brought out was. Well carbonated and tasted perfect.
Later on, it was a bit annoying. Waiting for the server to come back to our table. As I can just see her at the bar, talking to the bartender. She was very nice...
Read moreOn a Thursday evening, not a game night, you would think that the service would be great but from the time we walked in there were warning signs to "GET OUT". My family of 3 walked in and there was no one at the podium no customers waiting and servers walking all around. For 3 mins no one acknowledged us. I started to look on my phone to find other restaurants near by. Finally when we were acknowledged it wasn't the normal "Hi, welcome to Chili's" It was, a half smile, from whom I supposed was the host , and he informed us that the kitchen was running about 10 mins behind, ok, but there were plenty of seats so why couldn't he seat us. Again, I went back to looking for other restaurants near by. After another min, my husband flagged down the host, who seemed to be busy doung other things, to point out that tables were available why couldn't we sit and wait ? He agreed , well needless to say, our poor server had a table of 4 and a large table of maybe 10 adults. Understood that he was probably tired. Not too bad of service but my daughters burger was, as she stated "crunchy on the outside". She would have sent it back but she was hungry. She wound up pealing the top layer off the burger to eat it. I ordered a Cadillac chicken fajita, scorched at the bottom. Over I would say a bad experience . Read moreUpon walking in I was taken back by a nice humid sticky feeling and noone at the hostess station. After being seated on sticky seats at a table that hot not been wiped down we were approached by a yound man who wanted to take our orders. The server was nice, timely and tentative but the establishment as a whole was still gross feeling. Honestly, I have been in hole in the wall bars that had a better ambiance and HVAC system. The fried cheese curds where good and so were the wings and salad my wife ordered. However the macaroni and cheese my 7 year old ordered came with bits of a strange black substance located throughout the dish. This was not noticed immediately and once it was I advised her to stip eating it. Grabbing a piece of whatever it was I rolled it between my fingers attempting to grind it up to at best get it to release a smell. After doing so and smelling it, it seemed to be the skins of black beans. My only assumption is that this mac and cheese had potentially been recycled from another dish leaving with it, bits from the previous dish. Perhaps I am wrong but how rlse do bits of black beans get into macaroni and cheese? I also failed to mentioned the food caked on the wall and crayon scribbles. This shows lack of attention to the areas where people dine and perhaps a lack of cleaning all together. Will most likely never return to this chilis.
