This store district manager has to be one of the worst unprofessional individuals I have ever met in my entire lifeā¦. I show up doing my job as a ride share driver and this trip was a high paying trip at thatā¦. I show up to pick up the order and as soon as I tell him that Iām Uber he proceeds to tell me if you are picking up for Bryan the very first driver picked up the order and I seen him go through ā3 screens and confirmed the orderā and I told him if that was the case I wouldnāt be here to pick up the orderā¦. He then tells me Iām the 4th or 5th person to come after the initial person who took āstoleā the order to get the order and that he himself watch the guy confirm the orderā¦.. but heās lying completely because if the order was actually confirmed to be delivered I wouldnāt of been there to pick up the orderā¦. Then he says Iām not remaking the order that the order is my problem and a software issue with Uber and that has to do with being my faultā¦. But if he would do what every other business does and ACTUALLY made the drivers confirm the order than a lot of drivers like myself wouldnāt be wasting our time and losing out on money because of itā¦. āBritneyā the district manager for this churches location does not know what it is to be a manager doesnāt know how to treat the public and has no respect for ppl who work hard for their livingā¦. I will never do business with this store again or deliver for this store ever againā¦. Iāve been doing this for awhile and I know how it works so for you to lie to my face saying you watched the person confirm the order to my face because you donāt want to just admit you made a mistake does not show proper...
   Read moreThis location is so disorganized & rude. My online order was nothing what I had ordered & was not ready in time it was supposed to be for pick up. When my husband went, it took forever for my him to get our order. & Stuff kept missing so they had to go back & forth to give it to him & had to wait even longer for them to make missing sides. When he got home I realized everything was completely wrong. Ordered a 16pc chicken & all they gave us was almost a 10pc w/ mostly legs w/ 2 wings included in it lol.. A side of fries was still missing, our biscuits were all broken & crumbled, & jalapeño poppers absolutely had no cheese in them. Was not enough to feed our household that night but couldnt go back cuz was close to closing already & wouldn't have made it.. .Husband spoke w/ manager next day & overheard an employee saying to tell customers chicken was gonna be a long wait to cook so they could leave. My husband was upset & told manager if he heard that & if they dont want to work, send them home. Which is true. That is messed up.. Need more professional staff at this location WHO ACTUALLY WANNA WORK.. Very disappointed w/ our local Churchs.. Will have to order from another location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not, for the love of all that is good, leave this place without first inspecting your meal. On multiple occasions, I have had items missing or incomplete. Either missing chicken pieces or a large instead of a family upgrade. I have called corporate more times than I can count and nothing has ever been done. I have also called the restaurant directly and while one manager is willing to make things right by offering a meal free of charge... When I finally do go down to pick it up, no one there knows what the heck I'm talking about. They all huddle together and start whispering, only to come back to tell me they can't do anything without a receipt. Keep in mind the first manager took my name and number so I wouldn't need a dang receipt. But they were completely oblivious.
Just do yourself a favor... And travel further down to the Church's on Palo Alto. It will save you the trouble of having to call up these mofos and not have anything rectified. Or better yet... Go to Golden Chick. Their chicken is a little more, but so...
