I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone! My daughter got married and had a big beautiful wedding. Everything about the wedding was perfect, EXCEPT for the floral arrangements. She ordered beautiful PINK orchids in about 20 - 22 tall SQUARE vases. The ceremony was about to start and the ONLY thing missing were her table centerpieces. I kept calling, and they said they had contracted a delivery guy who was running late for some unknown reason. The ceremony was taking place as the centerpieces were FINALLY delivered. I was a nervous wreck and the bride was not happy about it at all. On top of that, the orchids were PURPLE, not pink as we discussed during the meeting. A big disappointment for the bride as her wedding colors were navy blue and ivory linen, with PINK flowers. They also (I assume) broke 2 of OUR vases we owned and took them to fill, and replaced them with ROUND vases that did not match the others. And they broke and replaced them with no explanation at all. I called them twice, and spoke to a male who said he was the manager. He said he would talk to the owner about it, and call me back to explain why the big mess up. It has been two months since the wedding, and we have yet to get a phone call, an apology, an explanation, or any type of reimbursement from them. Once again, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I called the wedding venue, Granberry Hills who referred them because they are on their vendor list, and suggested they do not refer them...

The Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. From the manager to the florists. My sister (out-of-State) ordered a beautiful arrangement she saw online and placed this order directly. Upon arrival i noticed it had NO instructions about the care. I was just surprised and overjoyed. It was my birthday! A couple of days later, I noticed that the arrangement look dead & needed to be trashed. I look inside their is no vase or anything to hold water.Just green plastic which the flowers were placed. How do flowers stay moist without WATER?!? I called my sister and she was told NEXT TIME you’ll know how to care for them! But she didn’t receive the arrangement, I did!!! I called and the manger asked me to have the payee call. Why, I am the owner of the flowers? She called back and was given more instructions on how to soak them. This is the most unprofessional, & inexperience florist shop EVER! These folks have no real customer service or leadership.Not one clue of being a real florist between them! They are more concerned with keeping the few bucks $ then customer satisfaction. This manager offered no REAL solution. She never offer to rectify the situation. This woman didn’t know how to professionally handle their mistake. She was ill-tempered, insulting, abrasive, argumentative, and seemed to have more experience avoiding and defending the poor packaging. Beware of these workers in...

I picked up my bridal bouquet today and I'm absolutely disappointed. I never leave reviews but I have to for this. I requested a pink David Austin rose bouquet and I'm picking up a very peach bouquet with only a few David Austin roses and the other ones included for "variety". I feel like was given something of very low quality. I also ordered 3 corsages and there's only two made. If you are a bride, please take a pass on one oak/ Tuscan rose. I guess I'll be walking down the aisle with a peachy orange bouquet. Unacceptable.

Update: this was an all day event trying to fix my order and so much unwelcome stress and disappointment on the eve of my wedding. My soon to be groom's boutineer has a white rununculas instead of a white akito rose, which is not contract binding. The reasoning? "He's the groom so his will look different" now he will look mismatch. The corsages again, also need white akito roses.. we got tiny white rose buds with white rununculas. My bouquet was finally fixed several hours later. They found all the pink roses they could put together and graciously made it bigger which was nice. I wanted pink David Austin roses and I got whatever they could toss together. All I wanted was a simple bouquet made of one flower.
