The website stated the driver left with my order at 9:49 p.m. The website also states that the driver will call you when he arrives with your order. At 10:09 p.m. I called and was told they were really backed up and that was not the actual time that the driver left that was just the time that the ticket was checked out. I had set a chair in front of my door for them to leave the order on and the door was slightly ajar and I had no noise going on in the house so that I could hear them when they came to the door. Watching the tracker on my phone and watching the driver drive all the way around my neighborhood I called again at 10:25pm and Tristan the manager told me that they left it by the door and I asked why didn't he call, knock on the door or something to let me know that they left the order? The manager Tristan became very argumentative stating they knocked on the door to which I never heard a knock and they never called which is what the website says "your driver will call you when they arrive" and none of that happened and Tristan began to argue with me over the phone about whether or not the guy knocked which had to be the softest knock ever. The manager, Tristan, did not care if my order was warm, cold, nothing. I told him I was going to file a claim he didn't care he kept arguing with me talking over me and the point I kept trying to make. This is not how you treat customers that you want return business from in my opinion. And 35 minutes for a cold pizza delivered is unacceptable especially when the store is 7 minutes from my home. If I ever order from Domino's again I'll go out of my way to a different store...
Read moreThis place is the absolute worst! Every single time I've placed an order, I've had something wrong with it. If I ordered garlic bread, they gave me cold, stale, cheesy bread. If I order large pizzas, they are burnt on the bottom. Seriously, do not waste your time and money on this lousy restaurant. Even if you think they might replace it and make it right, your left on hold for 45 minutes. It's not even worth it. I've given this place plenty of opportunities in different occasions and it still sucks. Extremely poor customer service. The most terrible thing about it is, when employees give you attitude and give you every excuse not to help correct your order. I wonder if I was paying with their money, if they would react the same way! Unbelievable to think that all a consumer wants, is what they pay for. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service ever. Waited 1 hour 15 min. Decided to call and ask for a replacement order so that I could pick it up. Cameron wouldn't let me speak with the general manager. Wouldn't give me her name, " cuz uh I don't know if I can". Left me on hold and refused to duplicate my order. Absolutely the worst. These kids these days don't care and to have a "General Manager" on site hearing the conversation and not trying to resolve the situation is insane. The government will pay you to go home a sit there, so go do it and leave the jobs in the service industry for those who want to serve. That $40 cash tip went straight back in my pocket. Thanks Cameron and thank you General Manager, to afraid to step up and make a situation better.
