Rude staff and rude manager the one with an accent (I forgot his name). I ordered chop sandwiches and called them back since the meat was primarily outside of the bun and the bun was wet and mushy it wasnāt even bread anymore! Also I had ordered medium fries with the order and I asked the rude child on the speaker how many a medium fry can feed and she responded with āOMG ONEā!! Sheās so lucky Iām a grown woman now! The manager with the accent spoke with me on the phone and agreed to replace the order. I came back the following day to get the order, through the drive-thru. I placed the order and told them on the speaker that it was a remake, I spoke to that manager and I had the receipt. I got to the window they took my receipt and asked me to pull up to the front of the store. I pulled up, 10 minutes later walks out the slim Hispanic manager with the accent that I spoke with on the phone; he had the receipt in hand and proceeded to ask me AGAIN, what was wrong with the order. I gave him my name reminded him that we spoke on the phone and explained for a second time what was wrong. He went back inside and someone came out 15 minutes later with the order. 25 minutes waiting after pulling up plus whatever I waited through the drive thru! To make things more ridiculous I gave this disgusting place a second chance (not by my choice) and came in with others and we ordered a whole chicken with some sides. That whole chicken was clearly reheated by deep frying it. It was so greasy and shriveled up. The macaroni was mush no flavor. Overall the food is just so gross and so are the people who work there. This place used to be so good! I wonder if the Millers still own the place or if these wicked investors who like to drive things into the ground took over. I canāt wait to see them close like...

Somebody is not following sugar ratio on tea making process. Sometimes I get slime taste. Check the bottom of your plastic 10oz., 12oz, 16oz. Plastic cup it's noticeable. Staff has a hard time listening to customers. Repeat myself 4 times. Or they just doing it to annoy you. This is at the counter or to go window. Plus rushing to take orders. There fingers are rushing to fast on there order screen, and hitting the wrong items. The manager has to come back to reset the screen to start over to enter the right order. And most of all, stop the rushing on the orders, and carefully listened to the customers. But when you get your order; the order is always wrong. Been going to Bill Miller's for over 35 years I wish the owners go undercover. And check over certain locations all over San Antonio to see what he's getting to eat. Old fried chicken sitting on the line since 11:00 a.m. and you there at 2 or 3 p.m. to order chicken. Or maybe you have to wait 12 or 15 minutes because they have put down to cook for your preference order. Saggy fries always. Never a good crispy fries. Dried ribs or looks dark at the ends. I noticed she didnāt say extra lean so I asked her those are extra lean right? Which she replied no and said can you just take these there already made? I said no I would like extra lean she then slammed the window in my faceā¦.she then re opened it to get my card which I accidentally gave her the wrong one and she said this oneās declined twice in a rude tone. Iām guessing she was annoyed because I wanted extra lean tacos I gave her my other card and said I did actually order extra lean at the speaker and she said okay well orders are wrong sometimes and closed the window again when I asked her name she pointed to her upside badge ā¦.I asked for her manager and she said I donāt make the tacos ..yea you just take the orders but obviously donāt listenā¦.Justin has been the manger at this location for a while. He is very nice and always apologetic I canāt wrap my head around who hires these kids it canāt be him because he is so thorough and always polite.
