DoubleDave's Pizzaworks — Restaurant in San Antonio

My first visit to a new eatery in some time now, DoubleDaves and Ryan both get my thanks for making it a good experience.

The experience receives 5 stars from me today because it scored good or above in the following categories: Location, Atmosphere, Quality, Value, and Service.

The last one, service is due to Ryan’s positive attitude, genuine desire to help, commitment to customer service, willingness to do the right thing the right way, and finally the personal responsibility he exhibits to serving both his employer and the customer at the same time.

We will be back to eat here again, and management, whatever you are doing to grow positive productive customer loving employees whom do thier work joyfully, keep doing it.

I ordered the 18” Big Dave Meateater pizza 🍕. I used DoorDash as the delivery service. Pizza arrived a little late (store not responsible) and pizza was lukewarm borderline cold. The pizza itself was very flimsy with no hold(see pics) ingredients were falling off, and after further inspection it appeared that the crust was undercooked! I called DoorDash and complained to the manager at the store by phone. I got absolutely nowhere with him and I even offered to bring the pizza back to the store to show him (7 minutes away) and he refused told me that I would be wasting my time. The Best location ever! Troy,Kyle, Ruben, David,Andrea and Danny are the best team.It is such a enjoyment to visit this location.They are consistently super friendly.You are always welcomed with big cheery attitudes and smiles and are eager to serve you!!! The food, cleanliness and costumer service, professionallity, beyond exceptional..
