I ordered 4 donuts, 2 hash browns, 2 ham egg & cheese sandwiches and a mocha coolate at 10:04 AM. I received my donuts at counter and sat down. I received my mocha coolate a couple of mins later but it lacked flavor but was acceptable. I waited til about 10:21 to walk up to the pickup counter to inquire about my order #357. I stood there for probably 2 to 3 minutes and wasn't ever acknowledged. As I'm standing there I'm noticing that they are packing to go orders for drive thru wth ham egg & cheese sandwiches and hash browns so at that time I just decided to get a refund since obviously drive thru customers who came after I got there to dine in are more priority. I got in line again to request a refund. I got my $9.92 refunded back to me. Due to this bad customer experience I will not return to ANY Dunkin Donuts even though I've been going to that location so very their grand opening over a year ago. The only good thing that came out of this was that I told my daughter to make sure to enjoy her Boston cream donut because it would be the last one she would ever have as I will never go back. I also explained to her that the way you make your voice heard and protest a bad customer experience is to not spend your hard earned money at a place that gives bad service. So not only will I not return you will not see my wife or daughter make any future purchases at your poorly managed Dunkin Donuts. I'm not filling out this survey for anything free. I don't want anything free from you however I do want you to know that you just lost 3 customers and also next time I decide to bring in donuts for my office I'd rather go down the street to Shipley donuts where they don't seem to have a poorly managed crew that forgets about your order. Read moreCame here near the beginning of the month and the level of service I received during that last visit has been eating away at me; this location had previously be excellent but this last visit was nothing short of totally appalling at the level of disrespect we received in regards to the products we purchased and us as customers. We ordered two, large green tea matcha lattes with light ice; nothing else, just less ice. What we received instead was basically equivalent to maybe a medium; not even close to a large. The photo provided shows what we were handed directly from the drive-thru window at this Dunkin. When I was handed the drinks I asked why they were so empty and if they could you know, actually fill them; I can say with certainty that neither me or the two employees I interacted with, one identifying themselves as a manager, were in any way rude or disrespectful. The non-manager employee said that "the matcha lattes are pre-portioned" and that because we requested light ice, they could not fill the rest of the cup up or add more. This drink is a pretty normal item I get, at other Dunkins and even this location previously I have never had an issue with not receiving enough, or being shorted because I requested light ice. Not sure if there was a store inspection going on at the time of my visit or what, but this was the only time I had this issue at this Dunkin location. I will be contacting Dunkin corporate, and I hope this issue will be resolved. Last thing to add is that the receipt says the drawer in the register, register 5, was to "Charles R'. Having worked in food service before I know that a register being tied to someone's name does not always mean that person was the one using it; in other words, it may of been "Charles R"'s register, but someone else may have been using it. Read moreWe went to the Dunkin Donuts looking for a coffee and some Munchkins, granted it was 11:30p.m. when we get there we were looking for something cold like a Frappuccino and when we asked the lady who was serving us on the speaker if she had anything that kind of resemble that, she told us that this wasn't Starbucks and what they had on the menu was all they had. So finally after skimming through the menu trying to find out what resembled a Frappuccino we placed our order and went to the front. we were the only ones in line there was nobody behind us and there was nobody in front of us, we waited for a very long time for our drinks and food which she forgot to charge us for our food after she had served us for our drinks and we'll have to wait even longer for her to serve us our Donuts, the drinks were absolutely disgusting we ordered three of the Frozen coffees that were available on the menu they were extremely sweet tasted of bitter coffee and we didn't even finish them we threw them out because they were absolutely disgusting. We tried to call several times to get ahold of anybody in the store to see if we could either get them fixed or get a refund and no one would answer the phone. I've never been so insulted by an employee before who obviously doesn't enjoy her job or enjoy working there can't even help us find a simple coffee drink we were very respectful to her we we're not rude and the whole time it was just snarky comment after snarky comment.
