Dunkin' — Restaurant in San Antonio

Honestly, this might be the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s because they’re new or just not trained properly, but everything about this visit was off from the moment I walked in. I was actually excited to grab my morning coffee, but that excitement turned into frustration real quick.

The staff seemed completely lost. I ordered a simple drink — nothing fancy — and somehow, it came out wrong multiple times. I said, “add hazelnut,” and instead, they added coconut milk. Not once, but twice. It’s like no one’s actually paying attention to the orders. It got to the point where I didn’t even want to correct them anymore; I just wanted to leave.

The service was painfully slow too. I get that sometimes coffee shops get busy, but this was different. The line wasn’t long, yet every order took ages to come out. There was no communication, no urgency, and no sense of organization behind the counter. Everyone looked confused, and customers were clearly annoyed.

The drinks themselves didn’t help the situation either. The coffee was bland, the temperature was off, and the flavor was nowhere near what Dunkin’ usually delivers. I’ve been to several Dunkin’ locations before, and even on their bad days, they were miles better than this. It almost felt like no one knew how to make the drinks they were serving.

Overall, this was a disaster of a visit. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt — maybe they’re new, maybe they’re still figuring things out — but honestly, that’s no excuse for this level of service. Things were just messy, confusing, and disappointing from start to finish. Definitely a one-star experience, and I don’t see myself coming back...

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this might be one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Somehow I had four different people come up to me at the window and repeat an order to me that was not mine. I had to tell them my order like four different times. It didn’t seem like anybody knew what was going on. Then they handed me the wrong drink. It was not made at all like the way it’s supposed to which is such a bummer because I paid $12.
