My name is Lave I go to the place on Bulverde every single morning the staff in the morning I truly love ! When the make a mistake the hold themselves to it.. tonight my co-peers in which they go all the time , we decide to go tonight to get drinks I went on my break to get there and was only given half the order and they gave it to me in a cup holder with 3 drinks not 4 but because it was called in I didn’t know until I made it back to work! My nurse had to leave because the order could not be cancelled. Once she got there Marcella nd Laual were very very unkind . The even gave here one another’s names then instead of them apologizing and trying to make it right they blamed it on me and then toll my co-peer to call corporate … so very unprofessional they should not be working with...

We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks with Marcellus. He wasn’t super helpful when I was asking about the sugar free options for a rebel drink, but we got them ordered.

When we were checking out, he asked if we wanted to leave a tip. I personally don’t like when the employees directly ask - I wish yall would just show us the screen to let us decide, because many folks get frazzled.

What confused me was when I said yes, he just swiped my card and asked me about my day. He didn’t tell me how much “I” tipped, and I have no idea how much he input for a tip. Disappointed with inconsistent promotions & customer service

My husband was excited for the Dutch Bros promos -the coasters and the spooky sticker were the whole reason we went. On the day they were giving out coasters, he ordered two coffees (which qualified), but the big bearded guy working the window didn’t offer him any even though there was a stack right there. Today, he went back for the spooky sticker, and the same employee was there. Again, nothing was offered, even though we watched another employee hand the sticker to the next customer.
