Famous Juice Company — Restaurant in San Antonio

I ordered a Famous Green and a Famous Red juice through Grubhub. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. After waiting for about a minute, I rang the bell and a girl came out from the back. I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She looked confused and told me there were no orders under my name. When I explained I ordered through Grubhub, she said they no longer work with Grubhub.

I asked why I was still charged for my order, but she didn’t answer—she just asked which juices I ordered. She grabbed them from the fridge and handed them to me.

I had the Famous Green with my breakfast and it was extremely bitter. I tried the Famous Red next, and it was just as bitter.

Between the poor communication, lack of customer service, and bad taste of both juices, this was a terrible experience overall. I will not be returning to...
