I came here on April 25th to drop off an expensive package that I was returning. A month later, (May 19th) the sender notified me that they haven't received the package. My experience with the staff was frustrating, particularly with a person named Frank, who was quite hostile. He repeatedly insisted that I didn’t have a shipping label, but I actually did. Fortunately, someone else stepped in and helped me after I provided the label that Frank claimed I didn’t have.

They assured me they would take care of the return, but it didn't sound convincing at the time, and now I’m certain that they did not send it back to the recipient. I advise caution with this location; they may give you attitude and could potentially lose your package, resulting in financial loss, as for my case.

I had to come in person to speak to someone about this matter Sheryl told me I had to file a claim and that was all they could help me with. As for Frank his face was if he had seen a ghost as soon as we locked eyes. I certainly know he did something to my package, he is not to be trusted, sketchy...

I paid for overnight delivery and in which my package in which it did not arrive until 3 days later I called FEDEX and they told me that they do not issue credit or refunds for their mistakes, or not being able to deliver on time and they have discounted that service in refunding for their mistakes or not delivering on time . USPS would of delivered the package faster in which it was an envelope not a big package an USPS would of got it there in 3 days for .54 cents not 30.00 I will send out a blast on my twitter and Facebook account so that people know that you are lying to your customers and overcharging for a service that you company is not even certain that they can provide. What a disappointment. If you are thinking about using FEDEX you might want to use another Delivery Company that can deliver on time and Guarantee the delivery, FedEx doesn't Guarantee...

I was task with sending proprietary information to my sister and her husband in California. She was adamant about me not using U.S.P.S....since that is who I use for all my priority and express mail needs I was left scratching my head. I called FedEx on Bulverde Rd. They were patient, helpful, and made certain I knew all my options. When I arrived Ms.Jasmine assisted me and made my transaction easy and was extremely personable.
