What truly sets you apart is your genuine and warm personality. Your radiant smile and cheerful demeanor never failed to brighten my day. You consistently made me feel welcome and valued as a customer, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Your friendly conversations and genuine interest in your customers created an inviting and inclusive atmosphere that made every visit to the coffee shop a memorable one since we have never been to a Dutch Bros before!

Additionally, I want to commend you on your exceptional customer service skills. You effortlessly juggled multiple orders, maintaining efficiency and accuracy without compromising on the quality of service. Your attention to detail, patience, and willingness to accommodate special requests demonstrated your dedication to providing the best possible experience for each customer.

Lastly, I would like to acknowledge your ability to create a sense of community within the coffee shop. You fostered a warm and welcoming environment where customers could connect and unwind. So much better than Starbucks! The menu is bigger, the app points build up faster for better rewards, you get more bang for your buck, the broistas are always so friendly and personable, and the line flow is relatively quick considering the rush hour influxes. This coffee/beverage joint is very mindful of COVID "restrictions" in that there is no lobby or lounge and therefore no need to get out of your car if you don't want to; however, they have a walk-up window if you'd like to park and place your order in person. I always keep my Dutch pass handy now and am super excited that more locations are opening in SA! If you haven't tried Dutch Bros yet, you're missing out. Coffee, energy drinks (rebel), lemonades, teas, milk shakes (frost), and bites to go....

For starters - The Staff! They are ALWAYS full of energy and super friendly! Today Kaeli was so sweet and kind! They greet you with a warm and pleasant smile and greeting every single time! And they are beyond helpful for indecisive people like myself! They’ve offered me so many different options and they are always doing their best to ensure it’s perfection! Including having me taste a new drink recommendation before I drive off - so if I don’t like it they can fix it! (HINT - I’ve never not liked it!) I’m a sucker for the Dutch freezes but the iced coffees are great and if you’re more of an energy drink kinda vibe the rebels are awesome!
