I have been to a lot of Firehouse Subs locations but this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. There are two people “working” but neither one has done much work at all since I have been I the restaurant. The person that ordered after me was told it is going to be “at least a twenty minute wait” which they did not tell me when I ordered. I told them if I knew it was going to be that long I would just go to a restaurant. The kid working got very snippy and claimed they were “very short staffed” and had a lot of orders but neither worker showed any hustle at all and every time someone came to the counter they both would just stand there and listen to the order instead of making sandwiches. They started to just tell people they were short staffed and it would be a “long” wait as soon as they walked in the door so people just left. They lost at least 10 customers this way. Completely unacceptable behavior from these two employees. I haven’t received my food yet and if I thought they were capable of canceling the order I would do that. With as many sub options in the area why would I come back here? Definitely will never visit this...

The manager that day, not sure how to spell her name, but it sounded like Whispery. Blonde lady with tattoos, was Outstanding, she went above and beyond to fix my order in a clean way. The other food preparer was sweeping the floor with gloves on when I came in and he didn’t change his gloves, so I refused him touching my food as well. The manager had to tell these two young guys to change gloves, maybe because one had ear pods and didn’t care and the other one kept laughing to himself like things were funny, bc he may like dirty food as well.she told them both many times not to touch any of my sandwich bc she was making it. The one wearing the ear pods gave away my sandwich bc he was not paying attention when the manager said this is for her, meaning me and before I could get it, another customer leaves with both. hire ppl who care and have common sense. With other customers in the store I could have told them why they had to wait so long bc of the two guys you had working that night. Then you would have lost...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I go here every so often as a treat but this location is very hit or miss and often leaves us feeling disappointed or not satisfied. The last two times we went, the atmosphere in the store was not the best and the crew seemed very frazzled and like they didn't know what they were doing. After a while of waiting they asked if we were waiting on something and it turned out that they had put our food on the delivery shelf without saying anything to us. When we went in tonight there were two people waiting on a remake of their sandwiches due to some issue and when we got to the counter I ordered a gluten free veggie sub with no raw onions or mustard. I was told that raw onions didn't come on the sub and even though I get the sandwich every time I go, I didn't question it. After I got home I opened my sandwich and it had the raw onions that I was told did not come on it, no cheese at all, and the tomatoes were green and not ripe, and my girlfriend's club had barely any mayo on it.
