Your employee "TRINITY THOMAS" as she clearly stated her name. I placed and order at 5:09pm when it took me 45 min to get my order. Trinity was not putting the tops on the blender and the smoothies were spilling out all over the inside of the blender cover. Instead of her remaking the smoothies she was just adding ice to make up the room for the smoothies. People were pay for blended ICE. I said my family owned smoothie king and this is not acceptable service. When she finally had gotten to my smoothie she makes it and tells me BYE! I said I ordered two smoothies. She stated she did not care! BYE! I said I want my other smoothie! She again walked off (to the back behind the door and said I don't care) I said I am not leaving with out my smoothie. The other little guy working with her made the smoothie. The front was busy with several customers and she was rolling her eyes at the clients when they asked her. questions, making in correct smoothies for customer and she was not remaking the correct smoothie. I noticed that (I know y'all have a cup count) that she was pouring smoothies onto cups and then realizing she did not make enough and then again pour the mix back into the blender and adding additional cups of ice to make enough smoothie for the cups. Basically everyone was getting cups of Blended ice. She was rude to the customer and I also sent a complaint to corporate and called my sister in law about the issue asking how to make sure that the owner JOANN was notified about this VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE! I go to this smoothie king several times a week and this was the first I noticed this female I do hope that she is not working in the future or I will no longer shop for my smoothie at this location. Let me begin this long-winded review with the positives. First, the smoothies are the best anywhere. My wife and I love getting then after a hard workout and they have options that fit both of our fitness needs (I am bulking and she is in a weight loss phase). The staff are generally attentive, positive, and efficient, with very few exceptions. Mobile ordering has been wonderful for me to grab and go on my way to work and the customization and reward options are excellent on the app. It is for these reasons that this review, despite the few criticisms I have, is still a 4 star review.
I have only one main issue with this establishment: the lids. There are perhaps no things for which I possess a more visceral hatred than the tops of their cups. On multiple occasions I have ended up with several ounces of smoothie on the gear shift in my car or the entire drink on the floor because the lid comes off at the slightest disturbance. I am fully aware this is likely a corporate decision and the actual location has no say in which lids go on their cups, but when I have to execute surgical precision when removing my drink from a cup holder to ensure it does not end up all over my body or my car, I believe there may be an issue. If anybody in the company who has any power to enact change reads this, please know that I enjoy your drinks, but I do not wish to wear them.

Then we went in and rushed us into ordering as well in a rudely manner. Also she took about 5 minutes to make the smoothies. The smoothies came out okay, but the service gosh it was horrible. The chick with the blue hair stripes or whatever type of hair she had treated us horrible, we know we got their a bit late but for personal reasons we didn’t have time to go earlier still that’s no reason for her to be rude.
