So one day before I had to go to work I decided to make a stop along the way that was this GameStop because there was a specific game I wanted I arrived during normal business hours and the store was. closed sign said be back in 10 minutes so I waited around 10 minutes but the associate still hadn't arrived I didn't have time to wait anymore as it would cause me to be late to work. So in turn this would cause me to make a special trip to the store. I mean if maybe this person was on their lunch break maybe they could pick something up before work so they don't have to close the store that's just bad customer service. Also this is the store where I purchased my PS5 the associate was very pushy and manipulated me into purchasing their annual pro membership he kept pushing that it going to come out for free but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Since then ( about a year ago I have tried on 4 different occasions to find a very specific video game but usually GameStop never has it in stock I usually end up having to order it from Amazon or directly from the PlayStation Store . We has bought a X Series bundle through Gamestop around Christmas & have spent almost 6 months getting the runaround about receiving our PowerUp Reward points for the purchase. We went in to buy a bunch of Pokemon Cards, but after the third transaction (more than 10 minutes later), the cashier decided to disclose that there was actually a sale on the cards.
