SipIT - 410 & Military — Restaurant in San Antonio

Normally, I have such a good time at this location on 410 and the lady with dreads is always so nice to me but today I got in line at 2:39. It’s now 247 and nobody has come to the window so I called the phone number and asked if the drive-through was open and then somebody opened the drive-through window and said yes I heard the ding I’ll be with you as soon as I’m done with the people in the lobby and there is two people on line right now I asked is it gonna be a long time and she said I’m not sure with an attitude Never seen this worker before she was wearing a tie-dye sweatshirt and was not accommodating in the least I said, should I just leave and go to the other location to which she told me yes so it seems that they’re not wanting to keep customers at this location again every other time I’ve been here I’ve had super speedy and kind ServiceI guess it really depends on who’s working.at 2:52 my order has still not been taken

In my experience, it is not custom to ignore the drive-through for the people walking in. I understand if you’re short staffed, but not coming to greet me at all until I call and then opening the window rudely telling me to wait is not consistent with my previous experience here. My order was finally taken at 2:56 I am a patient person but in the amount of time she opened the window and told me to wait and told me she heard the ding she could have at least taken my order and I received it at 2:59 which is a total time of 20 mins being no cars in front of me and two people inside i’m not asking to be the first one served but nobody greeted me. Somebody could’ve at least opened the door and said hey I’m gonna be right with you. I got two people in line on the inside and I’ll come right back after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-through, I called on the phone and she said and asked if the drive-through was open to which she replied yes, she then came to the window and said I heard the ding making me feel honestly like an...

I always go to sip it for my daiquiris and the service has ALWAYS been great until today. This was the 1st time I have seen the young lady that was working. We usually do the drive thru, however today I decided to go inside. She was friendly when I walked in, advised me that she would be with in a min, due to her taking care of the customer in the drive thru. She made small talk while she was making their drinks and once done, said she would be with me as soon as she gave the drive thru customer their drinks. A few minutes later passed and she had not return so, I happened to peek over and she is now waiting on the next person in the drive thru who had gotten their AFTER me. She had me waiting for a good 5/10 min before she came up to the front where I proceeded to tell her that I should have just gone through the drive thru. That I was expecting her to come back and assist me like she had said. She was like I know, but I had to take the order or they would have been upset that they had to wait. So I said, so you had me waiting instead and her response, you’re only 1 person. Ok wow. If that’s the way she proceeds to do business like that, we won’t be going back. It doesn’t matter if I was 1 person, I was there before the car she helped in the drive thru, she should of come back to me and taken my order before the car in the drive thru like she had said. I found SipIT in 24’ and had been quite a regular up until last week. The price change was a little concerning but even more tragic, the PINA COLADA recipe has changed. Iykyk. I usually get only the Pina Colada / banana mixed cause it used to remind me of the drunken monkey @ wet willies. But NO MORE. It tastes like a wet, cheap watered down version of what pina colada tastes like now. Which doesn’t make the drink good anymore. It took me 1 round of my same flavor and now I’ve traded that for a new flavor but sadly that one has milk and I’m lactose. I’ve brought so many people there between this year and last year. Gonna be quite discouraging to go somewhere else. Sometimes, when you got a good thing going? You should keep it. I know I’m not the only one who gets pina colada or mixes it. Your taste buds are not deceived....
