Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Put in an online order. A gentleman ahead of me was waiting and they let him know his order was almost ready, just waiting on crazy bread. He didn’t understand what they were saying due to a language barrier, so they went to the back to get someone to explain, but I went ahead and let him know and he sat down. When they returned, I asked about my order. Also waiting on the bread, that after the bread is up they’ll fulfill his order, then mine will be ready. I waited in my car till I saw him leave with his order and went to get mine. They said they handed it to the gentleman. I let them know that he’s not with me and where is MY order. The general manager was rude, unhelpful and would not serve me or return my money. She called the cops because I was waiting for my order or money. The cop then comes and asks her to prove that she gave me my order, when she could not, SHE CALLED ANOTHER COP ON HIM. She was rude, did not do her job, made it harder on me and the rest of the companies and essentially robbed me. I had to dispute this with my bank. She wasted my time, other customers and busied cops who could be out helping people just to prove a point she...

In my opinion, this place is always a hit or a miss. I can go and order fresh pizza and it doesn't come as expected (hot, made to order). Other times, I can get something like a "hot and ready" pizza and they are extremely delicious. You can't really go wrong for the price. You could consider paying slightly a little more for a competitor where you can guarantee the freshness. The wings aren't bad, but don't have a lot of meat on them. The sodas are over priced, as you can drive a block or two away, and get drinks more reasonably priced at a convenience store. The staff isn't very friendly. They are pretty quick when trying to process your order, either walk in or drive thru. They'll ask you to park your vehicle, if it will take a while for your order going thru the drive thru. The parking lot of this location is probably the most troublesome, since it has a drive thru exiting near a main entrance/exit of the complex and the "strip" to park is limited and gets quickly occupied with other business in the...

First of all drive-thru speaker was not in service, so I had to pull up to window! Time of arrival was 9:20ish pm last night. Right before even ordering cashier stated that "they are only doing "hot and readies! I asked why that is and cashier stated "mgr's orders and well they were mgr's orders", so i ask to speak with mgr last night and Mgr himself to a good 2-3 minutes just to come to the window and all for him to say was "well because we shutdown half our machines so yeah thats why only "hot n ready", but keep in mind this location closes at 11pm!!! So after speaking with Mgr, cashier was even more UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! My family and I get home after an extremely and exhausting day (in which I'm 4 1/2 mo pregnant), all for our whole oder (pizza's) was just a mess!!
