Burger King — Restaurant in San Antonio

Well to begin with they were really annoying customers and (I know this isn't Burger King's fault and I'm not deducting points for it) but this girl brought in her four children and proceeded to just have them run around the entire restaurant and be annoying that was my first thing Second thing is that I had ordered a double stack bacon burger (not sure if that's the correct name) and most of the burger was cold now thing is and (this may have been my fault) but I didn't want to bother the Burger King employees cuz they were already dealing with a lot of people and I didn't want to bug them with a cold Burger. Another thing is that my order took very very long and I'm pretty sure it was because the employees in the back were having normal conversations and also people in the driving line we're also taking forever to get their food. Like I literally saw the same car sit there for like 30 minutes and still not have their food. I also waited the same amount of time to get my food. Overall Burger King It won't always have a great experience and this restaurant definitely emphasizes on that. But if it's the only food place that is open / near you then it's a good option. Another thing is (and I forgot to add this) but my brother who is eating with me ended up finding a small hair inside of his food. Burger King always smells ugly I do like their drinks but they're really slow here they don't know what they're doing and everybody's out of whack the manager doesn't know how to control the shift leaders or anything it's like every Burger King that I've stepped into to bring some nuggets home for my godson I mean every single one of them because the nuggets are 10 for like a dollar $ $1 49 or something like that anywho I don't like the restrooms the floors are always sticky they're always getting the orders wrong I remember one time when to go order for a family of 5 I did the wrong thing and not checking when I got back in the vehicle I went ahead and drove back 7 minutes got home nothing was correct call back so that my order was wrong they said they wouldn't do anything about it so I called back again I said to ask for the manager second time the manager said bring your receipt back along with the food I brought back the food and the receipt and I told him I didn't want anything anymore and they gave me coupons I said I don't want coupons but I'm not going to eat here again I just want my money back they redid my food gave me back the food and gave me double in food I'm not going never...

Okay so my first experience I forgot how that was doesn't matter but I remember how my last experience was and oh my gosh it wasn't bad it was just like I can't believe this is happening so my wife and I went and got those chicken sandwiches that everybody was kind of raving about and when we got them they weren't as prepared as we thought they were going to be also they didn't have certain items on the menu so we had a substitute which was kind of a bummer but literally whoever the cook was was low on supplies but you literally saw the fire from the grill on the ceiling like it was that bad like the location has a lot of slack because like during the time that I went it was shortages on everything but they worked with what they had besides our chicken sandwiches kind of being kind of bland and lacking that wow factor we enjoyed what we had and they were apologetic and patient with our orders but yeah definitely not going to forget that that fire was literally touching the ceiling and that they ran out of sodas and menu items my wife and I really wanted to eat that cheesy tater tots and...
