I went to this location (Military Dr. across from target) Thursday March 13th, 2025 at 6 pm in the evening.
The food from Chipotle is always great, the restaurant was very dirty, but my main issue was the service I received.
I typically say it's easy to get 5 Stars for service, but it's just as easy to get 1 from me. So when I ordered my bowl I got my rice and no issue, but when it came to the beans the young woman gave me a scoop of water because it was the last of the beans.. my issue here is, I have no problem waiting for fresh food if it's communicated, but it wasn't even suggested. I asked if I could have a bit more beans (trying to hint that I'm willing to wait) she proceeds to try and scoop the last bit of water from the pan before a cook stops her and says he has fresh beans on the counter. I get the fresh beans. I ask for the honey chipotle chicken, and again I get a half scoop of chicken because it's at the bottom already. She immediately passed the bowl and moved on to the next customer.. I ask the young man if I can have some more chicken (trying to suggest that I'm willing to wait for the fresh chicken) he grabs the scraps from the pan and says I literally can't get any more. My problem again is the communication and the effort. I have no issue waiting, especially if I'm paying 12 dollars for a bowl.. I could even pay the bill and allow the line to continue moving so I'm not stopping the flow. But no suggestions were offered... The only reason they even received a star is for the lovely older woman who was working and training at the register. The two young people obviously felt either overwhelmed or not concerned about the product they provided and the attitude was poor. Read moreThis location shuts down 45 mins to and hour before closing very often despite their hours being until 11PM. They have horrendous customer service because their crew is ready to close and be finished by 10:10pm so a fresh wave of customers at that time deeply disturbs them. Tonight 10/17/25, an employee told a customer “I’m not making anymore!”, after the line began to build at 10:10PM and they’d ran out of white rice. Another crew began to make some however directly after stating there would be a wait, the line server placed 8 steam cleaning tablets on the line, opened them and began removing the food to drop them in. I asked her why is she doing that if we are still waiting to be served, she replied “these are just to purify the water, it won’t contaminate the food”, unknowingly to her, I’m VERY knowledgeable of Food Safety laws. I left and called in for the general manager contact information and employee AMY told me to “come in and try to catch her in the morning while she’s here”. AMY also stated their crew is trained to began cleaning the steam tablets at 10pm even with food still present and “that’s the way it goes”.
CAUTION: IT IS AGAINST FOOD SAFETY TO ADD CLEANING TABLETS TO A STEAM TABLE WITH FOOD ON IT AS IT WILL CONTAMINATE THE FOOD! CHEMICAL STEAM FROM THE TABLE WILL SURROUND THE FOOD AS THE TABLETS DO NOT ALLOW THE FOOD TRAYS TO SIT SECURE, LEAVING A WIDE GAP FOR THE CHEMICAL INDUCED STEAM FROM DISSOLVING CLEANING TABLETS TO ESCAPE. THIS IS A POISONOUS HAZARD

Read moreI'm an Uber eats driver and I did a pick up at this location on Wednesday March 26. One of the girls asked me who I was picking up for, I gave her the person's name and as she was walking towards me with the bag, I confirmed the pick up. When she arrived in front of me she asked me to confirm it, I responded by saying," I did". She wanted to see my phone. At this point I had another clients name on my phone for delivery and she thought I was giving her the wrong name. I informed her I confirmed the order and this name in my phone is for a drop off I had in my car. ( Inform your employees we pick up more than one order from different locations ) So she walks back to where they keep the pick up orders and places the bag back away. I stood waiting..I asked for a manager and another girl who claimed to be the manager was so confused. Did not simply understand what I told her. She was just as lost as the previous employee. I explained to her, I'm here to pick up the order for Kevin. She wanted to see my phone and I told her I confirmed it and my screen displayed Desiree.. So she gets me another person's order for Desiree. I told her, no. I'm picking up only for a Kevin. The Desiree I picked up for was from wing stop, not chipotle. It took 20 minutes for them to understand. These two girls comprehension was not good. They were trying to protect their orders only to try to give me an order I wasn't picking up.
