I previously left a 1 star review. I was contacted by Wendy and little did I know that review would change my whole outlook on recently relocating to San Antonio. WENDY made sure that my order was remade the right way...and let me tell you THE FOOD IS FREKIN AMAZING! I was in a food coma for half a day. It just so happened that the night we chose to try this place out was when a crazy storm had hit San Antonio so there was several call outs and a few newer people so unfortunately things didn't pan out with our end of night order. But these guys took accountability for their shortcomings and made it right. As soon as we went back for our second try at this place-we were greeted and the staff was friendly. The inside was very clean. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that our order was made right. My toddler is hard to please yes, but he said it's the best burger place ever. And it is hands down. I will definitely be a regular here. Will be going back this week with my friend from back home since he's visiting this week

It was my first time here and I am very disappointed. I ordered my burger with cheese, bacon and ketchup ONLY! The receipt even shows that. It came loaded with EVERYTHING! My child’s kid meal was ordered bacon cheese and ketchup ONLY. They did the same and put everything on that one as well. They also did not put in the bag the applesauce that was supposed to come with the kid meal. They failed to put napkins or the ketchup packets I had requested in the bag. I PAID $28.02 for a meal that we won’t eat because they put a bunch of stuff on the burgers that I SPECIFICALLY and REITERATED to them to make sure they UNDERSTOOD. I tried calling them once I got home ten minutes after we left. My family was so disappointed because we just relocated here and had been wanting to try this spot. I wanted to treat my child and we don’t really get to very often. Hire some people that can follow some directions and that are literate and know how to answer a damn telephone! I could’ve gotten my order perfect and no issues and would’ve paid half the cost had I gone...

The person taking the order in the drive through was so rude and, for lack of a better word, snarky tfat it was off putting. I asked him a question regarding my order 3 tines and each time he ignored it until he finally cut me off mid sentence the last time. I asked to speak to the manager. He said I could see him at the drive through. I was met by a man that said he was “one of the managers.” He said they could hear my order and I asked why it was not acknowledged like a decent person would do. I told him that because if the rudeness of the drive thru person we were canceling our order and would not be returning. His exact words were “Well I cant help you.” I am not sure that this person was a manager because no apology or empathy was shown. It would have been very simple to offer some sort of remark to make it seem like my patronage mattered. With all of the other choices in this area, I don’t feel a customer should have to pay good money to be treated poorly. From now on I will take my business elsewhere. As a business owner, I hope the real manager and franchise owner see this. If it were me, I would want to fix the problem. You work to hard to build a business to let apathetic employees...

To the two women running the front register and custard orders today around 2pm. I understand you believe you called our number for our concrete and two cone order but you didn't. You even made sure to back each other up while you were still wrong. (BTW you gave me a Sunday and two cones and were still wrong)

There was another customer calling you out for not calling the correct number so this isn't just me nitpicking.

It is very bad service when you choose to argue with your customer versus just making it right which is what I politely asked you to do and you begrudgingly did.

I get service industry may not be your life dream but you have a duty to perform in this role. If you don't like it then please find other work elsewhere.

I had hoped to reserve this review knowing the service industry is having a rough time in this environment. This is merely a reminder to anyone visiting. You may crave the food but you may also have to work harder with the service to get...
