Negative experience turned positive. Went to Little Caesar's to pick up a Hot and Ready thin crust pepperoni pizza after shopping at HEB. The drive through was packed, so my friend decided to go inside since there weren't any customers in the store. Well, my friend has PTSD, she also has 2 service dogs with her at all times. I pulled up to the front door, kept the engine running, so the dogs could see her and she could just go in real quick, pay for the pizza and come back out... (Hence Hot and Ready)... instead she was immediately barked at by a young male employee, who told her he would not take her order until we moved the vehicle because we were parked in a "one way". She tried to explained her situation, but he didn't care, he wasn't having it, (even though I wasn't blocking the "one way") and proceeded to get his manager, so seemingly irritated, she motioned for me to move my vehicle. That caused the service dogs to become distressed. I parked on the side of the building. Not a minute later she comes out with a regular crust pepperoni pizza, said the thin crust wasn't ready and didn't feel comfortable waiting around for it. She told me what went on in the store, I told her I was going to put a negative review, so she said she was going back inside to let corporate management know, and also explain her side of what had just taken place. Next thing I know, Gerald came out to the car. He was very concerned about what happened, he listened, was attentive, understanding and even mentioned he had a loved one in similar situation, as a retired veteran. He said young employees sometimes don't understand service dogs, PTSD, or how to handle these types of situations in the workplace, but that he would have more training done for better staff understanding to help them respond effectively in the future. Before we left, Gerald went to check to see if there was a Hot and Ready thin crust pepperoni pizza ready, there was so he gave us one on the house, that was much more than we ever expected. Thank you Gerald for your gracious understanding and true kindness. Wishing you success...
Read moreWe tried getting pizza before we went home; when we arrived home we noticed one of the pizzas was hard as a rock and the toppings looked dry and the old. After a frustrating time trying to contact them over the phone we decided to return the pizza. When my wife arrived the proceeded to tell her she had eaten the Pizza and couldn't refund her. There is only a assistant manager on the weekends and if we wanted a refund we would have to wait til Monday. My wife told them to refund her or give her another pizza, she was denied and the management wouldn't face her, there were several other people complaining about the additude of the employees. Out of frustration my wife called me asking me to attend to her because they threatened her and said the Police would be called. I went in after waiting in the car for almost 25 minutes and no one was attending my wife and infact ignoring her. I asked for the original dry crust pizza to be returned and they said they threw it away. After being sized up by all the male employees, mostly teens they decided to give us another pizza. The quality and customer service of this place has been on a decline lately. According to the manager there's a no refund policy for pizza that is eaten, but how would you know how horribly hard the crust was going to be without trying it? We wasted gas going back and forth and arguing with employees made pretty much ruined our...
Read moreThis place has hit a all time low with the service and quality of the food.. First not only did it take a hour and a half for my order to get done but it was made incorrectly 3 times until I got my food right, then all employees at this location have no interest in learning proper food handling ethics. Let me explain Not one employee is willing to wear gloves when handling food for any customers orders then when I asked for the manager on site to correct the issue a older gentleman came to the front counter and acted like he was a manager which clearly he was not. Then I was made to wait for another 30 minutes before the shift supervisor was available in which I explained the issue and still my order was wrong.. After all this I was very upset and nobody had any interest in correcting my order.. I even had one employee ask me for a lighter so that he could smoke a cigarette...Other employees were playing with their cellphones. All this because I thought it would have been easier for me to go in and get my food because nobody ever answered my phone call to place a order.. And still my food was cold and not appetizing to the eyes so much of my time waisted just to get cold and ugly food from this place... The TV adds make all look good but in person it's a waist of time and money un...
