July 2025: I tried to eat this but I just couldn't. I said I wanted this breakfast on a bun on Texas toast and it doesn't look toasted to me and plus the hash browns were half cooked as you can see in the picture it is still raw. And I guess my other review was taken down or something it's the one where I went late at night and got a large onion rings and the cup was half full and I was trying to complain and they said I'll make you another one and then when it was done they said oh no we can't give it to you the way you get it is the way it comes. But then there was a worker that was clocking out and she got a large container and overfilled that with the new onion rings that were just made, the container was spilling over with onion rings and she just grabbed it and walked out. Yeah this place is on the Southeast side for a reason. October 27, 2025: So you're probably thinking "Why do you keep going to this restaurant if they keep messing up your order?" It's because I go wash clothes across the street at the washeteria that's why. As soon as I parked at the washeteria I put in my Whataburger order through the app while I went in to put my clothes to wash, it took about 10 or 15 minutes. I walked across the street to pick up my order from Whataburger and it still wasn't ready, it still took another 15 minutes for them to make it, so a total of 30 minutes just for one hamburger and a medium onion rings, which came out cold. Read moreThe interaction between employees spilt over and included the customers. As soon as I entered I was met with 3 separate 'hello and welcomes'. I came in for a quick bite and planned on playing a game on my phone while I ate. Instead I decided to people watch while I dined in. The employees were talking and laughing with customers, I assumed the patrons were 'regulars' and had developed a repertoire with the staff. It turns out the staff is just that friendly with everyone! Maryhelen was in a light blue button down and was absolutely leading by example! She was starting conversation with the customers and paving the way for an easier interaction for her fellow coworkers and the customers.
I have never witnessed such a warm and inviting time at a whataburger much less a fast food joint. This was an awesome experience!

Read moreWorst experience I've ever had at ANY whataburger store in my life. We went through the drive through to order a simple no. 1. and number 5. Asked for grilled onions and grilled jalapenos on the no. 5. We waited over 40 MINUTES for 2 orders. We had to ask an associate for our order, who seemed liked she hated her job. Honestly dont blame her as all the employees seemed miserable.
Expecting the hold up to be because of the grilled onions and grilled jalapenos I ordered, but I was extremely disappointed when I got home and THE ONIONS AND JALAPENOS WEREN'T EVEN IN THE BURGER. On top of that about 6 cars behind us got their order before us and our burgers were cold along with stale fries.
Overall this has to have been the worst whataburger experience I've ever had. I would understand if we had a large order, but 2 simple burgers?? And on top of that they got the order wrong? Save your money and time and go...
