I drove across town to purchase a 3 day juice cleanse. Upon arriving, I was told they wonât have any until tomorrow when the shipment arrives from Laredo. Very disappointing because I called the store during business hours and no one answered. The website should say that cleanses are only available for purchase on certain days or that you need to call to order a cleanse since you canât walk in and buy on any given day.
Update: I called Juice Boss HQ during business hours and was able to place an order over the phone. My juices will be made in-store and ready for pick up tomorrow morning. Thankfully Juice Boss was able to handle a simple requestâŠa juice cleanse, because thatâs what they doâŠright?? Sell juice!! But I guess when youâre waiting for juice to arrive from out of town, it gets complicated.
Response to Owner: I tried placing an order over the phone during normal business hours and no one answered the phone. I tried placing an order and paying for the order in person, but the cashier said to wait until the truck arrives because theyâll need to see whatâs on the truck first. And also because they may not have all the juices for the cleanse. She simply didnât reassure me that Iâd have a juice cleanse the next day. Jujuiceâs website doesnât say to call in advance. Unless Iâm just missing it. Juice Bossâ website is very clear. It says âcall to place your orderâ in multiple places on the website. So I called, they answered and I placed an order. I called on Monday and explained the situation. I was told a manager would call me back. Come Friday and still no call back. So I called back on Friday and they told me they could replace them. They asked me if I lived close and I told them I live across town. She told me they offer delivery but I would have to buy $60 worth. There were a couple people in front of me and I saw my order in the fridge but I didn't feel comfortable just grabbing it and leaving. Finally after the employee there gave the second person their order the employee greeted me and said "I don't know if you pre-ordered or not but I'm very busy" well that's funny considering you walked out here 2 or 3 times to give people their order and you're just now telling me something after I've been waiting for 5+ minutes and by then I was the only person in there.
