La Torre Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

Was my 1st time here. Went inside to check out the scene and ordered tacos to go. Ordered 2 carne guisada and two bean and cheese and 1 ranchero. Easy to make. Waited and waited. They were busting out the drive thru pretty well. Thwre were 3 tables (6 customers total in lobby. Lady up front saw me and knew something was wrong like after 10 min. I waited to see if she would check my order, but no. After 15 min. I approached her booth up front and she ignored me. After one min. of awkwardness, I interrupted her from her cell phone and asked about my order. She went to the back and kinda hung out not saying anything. Like I can see her just there looking at the cooks. No words were spoken between them. Then after like 5 more min. of helping the drive thru, she finally asked them about my order. Then they whooped up the tacos in like 2 min. No apologies or sorries. She looked annoyed at me and gave me my tacos. She had no reason to be giving me a stink face. NEVER recommending this place....

The lady at the window had really bad attitude we asked for her to put a certain amount on the card an we would pay the rest cash mind u this restaurant has done it for me before an the rest would be paid with cash well she charged it all on card now it's an over draft on my daughters card an this lady didn't want us to explain or say anything she was making faces an having attitude her name was Dolores an kept over talking us an just slammed the window an walked away another lady showed up an was kinder an why other waitresses had to come an stare at us to I DNT understand I use to think this place was amazing today showed...

My family and I come here a few times a week when we don’t want to cook. We ordered usually breakfast tacos. The bean and cheese and good very cheesy they do not skimp on the cheese. The country and egg tacos are jam packed and beef fajita is always seasoned well. We’ve had burritos here which are awesome with the gravy on top. The quesadillas are good as well. The pork chop breakfast plate is good. I love the green salsa. My husband has ordered asada a la mejicana it’s good. The barbacoa is good too. Good tacos good place to stop by. The drive thru is usually pretty fast too. Tried adding a video not sure why it didn’t...
