I have a video of your employees being very unprofessional & rude. I asked for the general managers phone # and instead got the store # so I asked for the corporate # and was told she did not have it. I understand business demands & sometimes we may have to close sooner then expected but in this case there was no sign stating it would be closing early instead they scribbled on a paper as fast as they could & posted it on the window as I drove up. Which I also have on video. When I got to the window two girls (Jayna & Alora) pointed, looked at me then ran away laughing. They knew I wanted to speak to the manager because I was very upset they made me wait at the speaker right until 10 pm to say they were closed (normal time is 1 a.m. The excuse was the registers closed right at 10 which I know was a lie, there were people in front of me who still had to pay. But what really took this whole bad experience over the top was when I asked the manager to get me the employees name who took a picture of me to post on social media. She walked in and ask who did it (Romeo) and he yell out the door "SOCIAL MEDIA" in return the manager told him to "SHUT UP!" Again all on video! Manager said her name is Stephanie but when I called she answered stating her name was Isabel so who's to say I have the wrong names she wrote down. However I do have a great memory in faces and video of them all, so please let me know where I can send this video. Normally I understand when a restaurant closes early especially during this pandemic but what I do not tolerate is the way the employees handled this situation. They all deserved to be suspended and the boy who was disrespectful needs to be fired to be taught a lesson that his customers are the reason he's still employed. I see this and experience this a lot and for the most part restaurants are good about make the driver ACTUALLY confirm the order in front of them and then we have these OTHER restaurants with managers like āStephanieā who donāt care to make the drivers confirm an order as long as it gets sent outā¦.
