Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Yesterday I went to this Subway location,My Boss sent Me on the lunch break to grab lunch for the Coworkers and I," I'm Hispanic btw" and at My job I do get very dirty, so I looked a bit dirty. as soon as I walked in the Subway location the vibe felt off. The Employees were so rude. They treated Me very disrespectfully. I was very uncomfortable. The Employees made my orders very sloppy. They didn't even put stickers or anything on the sub wrapping paper to keep the sandwiches secure,they literally threw all four sandwiches in the bag very aggressively.it was a total mess.they didn't even give me my change in my hand. They put it on the counter and said " there is your change" I felt like they thought I wasn't good enough to be ordering there. When I left. I felt so sad . I felt like I was being bullied and made fun of.I know they were whispering to each other making fun of me and cracking jokes about me. This location is very disrespectful against Hispanics. I don't suggest any Hispanics to go unless they want to be treated very disrespectfully and feel very uncomfortable. It's sad that people like that still treat people like me this awful in 2024.. it's very sad .😭😢 I hope those employees clean up there act. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! Placed online at 2:50AM, in order to be ready at  3:15. Got there at 3 to a locked door with a misspelled sign stating “Tepm Closed” spelled EXACTLY this way… By 3:15 we had not seen any worker through the window but the order status was set to “Ready for pickup”. Had to knock on the window to alert the guy in the back to open door. Sandwiches were not ready, worker claimed they were closed but when shown the order he invited us inside, stating wheat bread was the only available. Besides bread multiple proteins, sauces and ingredients were all out… all of which were on my order. It took him 30 full mins to make two new sandwiches. Which were burnt crispy, pressed with a solidified hand print, and 1 HAD A HAIR IN IT. The ingredients were wadded in as clumps with no spreading across the length of bread and no portion control, I asked for onions, I received literally about 1 Cup of onions. This is the WORST subway I have ever gone to. Even most gas station subways are better. This location is the only location where they put the least amount of veggies and meat as possible, and when you ask for more they tell you they can’t put more. It’s ridiculous, you’re paying for the worst sandwich. The workers at this location are unbelievably slow as well. It takes them so long to do literally anything. There is no sense of urgency. The workers are usually rude. EVERY time I’ve ordered online at this location and ask if to be toasted it NEVER is.This is THE WORST subway location I have ever been to. I DO NOT recommend going here. I have given this location so many chances because I go to school across the street but every time i am disappointed and annoyed. Do better...
