KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

So I ordered through the mobile app, which said my order would be ready at 9:15pm. I go through the drive thru to pick up my order, The manager Cheryl, was somewhat rude while speaking with me, when I asked her a question about my order. Might I say she does need some training because she has no clue about the kfc app. They input in the system that my order was ready when in actuality It wasn’t. We were waiting outside for about 15 minutes while they’re sitting up here taking everybody else’s orders even employees Leaving with their own personal orders. The other manager, Eddie Ends up coming outside to my vehicle Stating that they do not have my full complete order. They only had so many biscuits, I told him that’s fine just give me what they have and I even advised him that they need to have a talk with the other manager Cheryl due to her unprofessionalism. I end up getting home and my order is incomplete. When I contact the store They want to act like they have a problem with their own mess up. Don’t even apologize for their mistakes. Everybody knows with customer service, especially when the company is in the wrong. The first thing you do is apologize. If you want great service, you Gotta stay in the north side. I’d rather drive across town to get better service than just drive up the street three minutes...

The only reason this place has an overall one star is because the store is much cuter than the one near me, in Helotes. The chicken was such a greasy mess, when I reached into the box, that I actually pulled over & Turned On the Light! OMGosh!! It actually was worse than I expected, from the greasy touch of it. It was so greasy that the crispy part was Sliding Off from So Much Grease. I literally could not eat the crispy part. It was a disintegrating Gross mess. The bottom of the box was coated in a Very Thick thick layer of grease. The chicken was somewhatbarnacle. The woman also told me that I had to get a drink with the 2-piece box. Maybe that is true. I once bought a family meal that was okay, in Helotes, so I think someone is just dumping the chicken in the box, without draining it, here. I don't think the cook needs to be fired, necessarily. I think he needs to be taught to drain the chicken. Even if the chicken had been good, not being able to subtract out the drink made my meal $8.97, which is, to me, too much. It is high to the extent that most people will choose Whataburger. Bush's, where are you? Can you get a store by Palo...

I ordered online & I was a little early for pick up. I was given attitude immediately & was told "it's supposed to be ready at 5:16" but she was very rude about it. I also asked if the pickles could be removed from a sandwich & the cashier & one of the line acted like it was the biggest inconvenience! They had a conversation about it & were making comments right in front of me! It made me upset & uncomfortable 😒 I didn't get a name but it happened on January 1, 2024 between 5 & 6 pm. I haven't been here in awhile & I DONT recommend this place at all. The rude employees will ruin your mood & your meal. Not to mention, I tried to be as polite as possible, just to get attitude!
