Taco Cabana — Restaurant in San Antonio

This is got to be the worst Taco Cabana I have ever been to, two weeks ago I stopped here in the morning and there was no customers the person taking the order Julio spent the entire time talking on his own cell phone instead of taking the order which took twice as long when the order finally came out the chips were stale and the food was cold, thinking that this was an isolated incident I came back today this time through the drive-thru first they tell me they have no salsa, then when I make it to the window they tell me they don't even have rice. So I get the order without rice and the one small simple request that was even on the receipt no ice in the drink, they couldn't even follow those directions so I handed it back to them explaining that it says on the receipt no ice so then I witnessed him (Johnny) holding the cup partially open while dumping the drink into another cup instead of giving me a fresh drink. I am not sure if this is a matter of laziness or lack of training but this place has proven to be the worst Taco Cabana I have...

Two times in a couple of weeks I go to this place and they have a sign saying they are open for dine in until 7:00 PM and both times we got turn around before that time. We then parked to use the curbside to order the valentines special be mine bundle and we could not find it in the app. We called and whoever answer the phone pretty much told us that he didn’t know what was wrong with the system and for us to go thru the drive thru because he could not take our order over the phone! Way to go and loose business and take care of your customers! This place service is horrible. I went next door to Taco Bell and they took care of us right away! Not the same but at least they show they take care of their customers! I’m done with Taco Cabana. The Poteet Jourdanton 410 location is horrible and the reviews show it. Not sure why it still that way after very bad reviews. This is San Antonio, there’s plenty of choices when it comes to Mexican food. I guess Taco Cabana will not be a choice...

Went in for 1 bean n cheese taco. Not one other person in the lobby besides me. Still had to flag down an employee to take my one taco order. She very rudely did then walked away as if it was going to take a long time to make🤔?? Then after waiting forever I finally got the attention of Alesha Assistant Mgr. I told her I'm just waiting for one bean n cheese and she turned around with out apologizing for the wait and said I need 1 Bean n cheese and they made it and handed it to her quickly. Confused with this I told Alesha they should close the lobby if they are under staffed. She rudely replied that she was not under staffed and that they just got an order in and one of her employees had kids and was late. As if no one else has kids and works 🤔?? I reminded her that it shouldn't take all that for 1 Bean n cheese taco. I told her that another girl had said she was the manager even though she was a shift lead. Alesha said shift leads are managers?? So confused...
