Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I wouldn’t recommend this location of little Caesars to anybody. I ordered my food at 5:30 through the app thinking it would work perfectly. Of course you have to wait 20 to maybe 30 minutes for the pizza to come out fresh. It said it was gonna be done about 6 But whenever I was there, it was a horrible chaos. The young lady in the front doesn’t know how to do anything other than take the order and the one lady in the back came to the front to try to help her get the orders out because the girl in the front kept saying I don’t know what to get. I don’t know what to do looks very hopeless like she never even got trained I’m sorry, but you can’t have somebody in the front that’s useless. Y’all need to work as a team. Yes, you get slammed with people but when you work with a team like any other restaurant you can get it done right but communication is the key and this place definitely doesn’t have it. Don’t even waste your time stopping here unless you plan to wait two hours cause that’s what I did and I didn’t leave until about 7:45 and yet again I would tell them is my food done because the app said it was I didn’t receive it until almost an hour and 45 minutes after so it’s so ridiculous don’t stop parking lot you can’t even get...

I have gotten pizza from this place so many different times, and each time, it is subpar. The pizza either has to be reheated/cooked further, or the service is just absolutely horrible.

This evening, I ordered through the app, and it said my order was ready to pick up around 530 pm. I know this place is notoriously late on getting it out, so I left then. I drove 10 minutes, and it wasn't ready. ok, fine.. dinner rush. I waited an additional 25 minutes for my food because they "ran out of breadsticks."

By the time I got my food, it was ice cold. There was a huge gathering of people inside the store, and a line nearly out to the road for the drive-thru.

The atmosphere is absolutely atrocious. Teenagers running around the back with tray racks and others just standing there not doing anything. The girl running the front looked lost but was actually doing her job.

There was a worker who went to the restroom, then another who went behind him not even 3 minutes later and was banging on the door. He then proceeded to go to the inner wall that was behind the counter near the wash station to continuously bang on that wall.

I will not be going back to this location again unless absolutely...

This is the worst Little Caesars in SA. Can not tell yall in every way it sucks. The parking lot is so small that it's hard to exit. You are always pulled up to wait in drive thru. It's so hot inside and have cheap fans to cool the workers. Ordered recently here only due to the location and not wanting to backtrack. One pizza was so thin in the middle that when we pulled our $13 pizza it came apart so we only got half a pizza slice. The whole pizza was like this. When I went inside to pick up. I waited like 5mins with no one acknowledging my presence with a, just a min or hold on. While this normally isn't a big deal, there were girls making pizza that would give me eye contact but wouldn't stop their girly convo to say hi. Not even a nod. The whole 5mins. My order was called in in advance, $87. It also would be fine if this was the first time like this but its always like this as in my yearly visit due to the great location and my errands.
