Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

WARNING A LONG STORY Well I had a first time experience at this store. I think there were only 2 employees, one person making pizzas, one person up front. My order of a cheese pizza & a Hawaiian pizza was behind & when I did get the pizzas one was wrong, it was a sausage & not a Hawaiian. I went back into store to return the sausage pizza & hopefully get my Hawaiian. At the counter there was an older man, clearly upset because his order wasn't ready. He asked for a manager 2-3 times before she appeared. The manager gave man his money back, very rudely. She had laid it on the counter instead of handing it to him. She didn't say one word to him, no apology, nothing, just turned around and left. The girl working the counter came back & the man ask what the managers name is, her reply was rude, she told him he got his money back & he should be happy. He asked again in a louder voice whats the managers name only to be rudely met with another comment from her. He finally hollered out to lady in the back asking her name, she yelled back Marsha. All seemed to be settled till the man decided to knock over the hand sanitizer stand as he walked out. All were grossly wrong. In the mean time I'm still waiting for my pizza, it finally was handed to me & I checked it while still at the counter, it was another sausage pizza. Another apology & a promised my pizza would be out soon. I did finally get my pizza & with the way things were going i was afraid to ask for a new cheese pizza since the one I first received 30 minutes prior had been sitting in my truck getting cold. I understood the pressure the two employees were under, especially at prime supper time. But tact still could have been used with an upset customer. Also would have been nice for my Hawaiian pizza to be fully baked, the center...

Horrible service from the manager PAULETTE. I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and my son had a pepperoni pizza with no cheese. When I told her I wanted extra cheese, she said theres extra cheese on my pizza she measured it herself. I told her I ordered regular pizzas with more cheese than this. When I pick up a piece , no cheese falls off the sides like the picture. She said she can make me another pizza and put the cheese on top of the toppings but it will still be the same amount of cheese. What?? Why would I want the same amount? Never mind can I just get a refund. She tells me no because she’d have to refund the whole order. So I left upset , annoyed and hungry.I went back in to vent . I told her she could have just made me a pizza with more cheese, I don’t think Little Caesars would care if she gave me more cheese it didn’t come out of her pocket, she could have refunded me my order than charged me again for my sons pizza. Not just tell me no . I drive a little further now to a different location on 281 and Evan’s and they’re amazing!! If extra cheese don’t fall off the sides, it’s not...

One of the best pizza chain in town. I tried to Domino's, Papa Johns and Pizza Hut before. Never tried Little Caesars. Once I tried with $5 discount with online order, this is the only pizza I get when I am crazing some cheap pizza. Little Caesars Pizza doesn't make pizza too salty and greasy, they are about right. I also like how everything is so cheap! Stuffed cheese crust pizza with one topping is only $9. Same pizza at Pizza Hut is over $13! Customer service is amazing too. I had some issues with ordering pizzas and ended up getting wrong pizza. Customer service gave me fixed my order and gave me the right pizza even after they finished making the wrong pizza. I wish I knew about this...
