Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Stopped in yesterday evening at 6:25pm, placed an order for one extra most and was told they were being made. Paid and stepped out of the way. Ultimately over the next 40 minutes, people continued to come in, order and step out of the way to wait. There were easily 15 of us in there waiting at one point. Instead of pizzas making their way out of the back, laughter and yelling was all that the very young and immature staff involved themselves with. according to the very loud kitchen conversation, one staff member is involved with a man already in a relationship and many employees chose to loudly discuss, therefore keeping the approximately 15 of us waiting for our pizzas up to speed on this employee‘s relationship. Then followed loud threats made to those employees to stop talking about her relationship. Then more hysterical laughter. And then a female known to the staff as Valerie walked in, ordered then walked back to the prep area wearing house slipper socks, sleep shorts and a crop top. All while the staff laughed and shrieked how the couldn’t believe what she was wearing. Meanwhile customers continue to come in to place orders or approach the counter to complain they’d been waiting half an hour for a single pizza. To which the counter girl replied each time with „huh? What’d you order?“ myself, I was asked 3 times. And it took 40 minutes but at least there was a show. Shortly before my pizza was handed to me I looked up to yelling behind the counter and saw a short female employee again yelling to stop talking about her business and had a fist cocked back. My pizza tasted fine but this place is a trainwreck with...

I ordered a "hot n ready pizza" from the drive through, i get home open the box and the pizza is nothing but crust and sauce and a tiny bit of cheese and the very middle of it is nothing but crust. i took it back to the store and ask for the manager and ask her if she saw any cheese on the pizza and also asked if this was how it was suppose to be made she then apologised and ask if I had five minutes and she would make me another one even when they had a stack of them ready. It was obvious to me then that was how they do business and make the so called pizza and get away with it because most customers don't notice or want to go back to return it. So if you do order a "pizza" take notice before you walk out of the store or better yet just go to Pizza Hut and get your money's worth. I typically come to this location because it is closest to me. I will now drive further for better food and service. Crazy bread and cheese bread are always overcooked and hard. Every employee I have encountered here is rude and does not seem interesting in making sure you return as a customer. I am done with the Bandera location, I have never been thanked for coming and giving my business, nor have I ever been asked happily to return or have a nice day. When irderubg through the drive through they answer by saying "how may I help you" from there they just continue to say "what else" or "Are you done" until you finally complete your order. Once you reach the window they either have no idea what you ordered, or they have it wrong. Me and my kids love the food, When cooked properly, but we are done with this location for good.
