McDonald's has always taken good care of me, since I was a little boy, they've probably had there ups and downs, but I've never been grossed out with McDonald's, hopefully that doesn't change, because I see McDonald's as the Future Of Global Organization Of All Foods.. Thank you McDonald's for all those affordable Happy Meals and toys when I was a little boy and thank you for never changing your foods such as Jack in the Box did with their buns and there new ways of cooking I hated it, I always thought Jack in the Box was a competition too your organization, because of their bacon ultimate cheeseburger etc..., but since they've change their buns and the way they cook their burgers, McDonald's has won with the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese is my top number one Burger when it comes to fast food places, plus you got the Big Mac, Texas style, fish burger, chicken nuggets etc.. & you name it you got it "Go McDonald's", also your addicting fresh French fries that are always hot and crispy when you don't ask for salty fries hint hint you can add the salt later for Fyi :)..., but the salty fries are still addicting too, I hate to say this, but McDonald's is very addicting with everything, I notice when I'm poor and I can't afford to go eat out the one place I think about is I can't wait to eat at McDonald's or McDonald's sounds good right now to bad I'm broke. Read moreI ordered my food in the mobile app before 10:30am went to pick it up around 10: 36am. The instructions in the app said to give the code at drive up and pick up my order that was paid for already and should have been processed. I got there and they told me I could not get my order because it was after 10:30 even though I ordered it before 10:30 a.m. and the app said It was processed and should be ready. I spoke to a manager who did not help whatsoever and blamed corporate for the policy and said I would get a refund two to three days later. I called the care line and they said it is not a corporate policy It is a store policy and up to the manager to handle the situation. McDonald's Care line associate said they would be contacting the restaurant and I should get a response. I go to this McDonald's a lot and usually I have good service. Manager could have got me my food and not lie about the corporate policy part but she didn't. Also if that is the policy the app should tell you when placing an order that you have to pick it up before 10:30 not just order and pay for it. McDonald's has always been like a bunch of Nazis when it comes to breakfast before 10:30. But if you process an order before 10:30 in the app or in the store or drive-thru the customer should get their damn food. If I could give a zero star review I would.

I placed it at this location, as soon as I gave them my code they explained to me they couldn’t find it in the system, but knew that it was under my name, and even said “For Celeste?” When I gave them my code. The lady at the window explained to me that they received my code, but not the order. I was given only two options, either repay for my food that was ALREADY paid for and reorder, or be refunded the amount that I paid for my food (which would take 1-7 business days) Which would still also be me having to repay for my food. I showed the lady my code, the location was correct, the code was correct, she said it still wasn’t popping up in their system. Even after I showed her my order details of what I had ordered, she was still persistent on me just reordering, and just paying for my food all over again. They did NOT want to make my food despite me showing proof of my transaction and order. I always go here, and never had any issues, sadly this experience ruined it for me.
