My family and I ordered our food online thru the app and picked up in the curbside. We waited for our food for 22 minutes . We saw everyone in drive thru who came after us leave way before us. My husband finally went in and talked to a manager named Christine . She was very rude and said she was waiting on our hamburger that we ordered with only meat and the bun. She was very disrespectful and had no customer service experience at all. She said it would be a little longer for us to wait out in our car and someone would bring it out. We waited another 5 minutes till I told my husband let's pull up to drive thru and cancel the order. Christine was at the window when we told her to cancel the order . She said it's already coming out I can't cancel. I told her it took almost 30 minutes for a couple items. She said she didn't know how to cancel and wouldn't anyways if she did. I asked for the customer service number and she said I don't know it and smiled. As the guy was coming out to give us the food in the parking lot. We said call the guy over to the car and she said I can't he's deaf he cant hear anything and laughed very disrespectfully. My little girl is deaf and thought Christine was making fun of the poor guy. She then closed the window and we finally drove off and when we got home our whole order was wrong. I called corporate and complained immediately. My kids were hungry and this whole time we waited for nothing. If this lady Christine was a manager she should be fired or step down as a manager because every time we go at night she is always rude and very disrespectful . I recommend do not go at night because when she's there you will definitely get your order wrong or be disrespected. BEWARE...

This was after telling me to pull forward because it was going to be fresh and would take about 10 minutes. Adding to my review: After sitting in line for 90+ minutes to get this for my wife, I got back in line that night to get a refund. I was in line and additional 90 mins. When I got to the window, the representative tells me "it's because she cooked it in the hot-and-spicy oil". I asked for a refund because I paid cash. "We can't do cash refunds right now. I can replace your order with something else." After a few words, I asked for a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. I was asked to pull ahead because AGAIN it was going to be fresh. I had no choice...so I did. The food was brought to me. I checked it and it was overcooked again. You can tell because the edge of the meat turns brown and tough. At that point, I decided to go to McDonald's review website and leave a review asking for someone to reach out. It's now 1/11/2017 and not 1 call. I held onto the sandwich to show them and just threw it away. That's what prompted the update to this review. Read morei ordered through the app to pick it up at 11:40 PM which you can only check in at drive thru. i waited at the intercom for about 3 minutes before anyone could respond to me an nobody was already being helped or ordered. it wasn't a particularly large order. the total came out to about $15 and the wait time after ordering was 10 minutes after being told to pull up to the window. The only interaction we had with the employee was thru the speaker and the handing of the bag and immediately told us "everything is in there". And with complete respect for the employee, probably being the only one on staff at the moment i trusted they could complete the task. what bothered me the most about the who event was not that there was not any napkins to be found or asking us if we needed any ketchup but what most displeased me was that when i dined into my Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Tenders, there was no sauce. disappointed and unamused i tried to call the location with the number provided but nobody could pick up the call. to simply put out the reason of this emotionally distressing review...
