THEY WILL SERVE YOU THE WRONG THING THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED OR PAID FOR, THEY JUST SERVE WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE, AND THEIR SO CALLED "AL PASTOR" IS JUST GRILLED STEAK WITH RED SAUCE. 3 people including myself got served the wrong things with the wrong stuff and we didn't even know each other.!!! Here's what happened: Person 1 - 2 tacos al pastor and 8" quesadilla beef Myself 2 - 12" quesadilla Al pastor Person 3 - mini tacos beef and al pastor tostada

Person 1 got all of his order served in chicken and when advised the server, told him that is what he ordered, had to show the receipt and they went back and Remade it and complained again because he was missing the ingredients on his order like cilantro, onions, avocado, etc. And they just gave him everything on the side

Myself I told them it was beef and they said that is Al pastor, so I told no it's not, just took it back and added more red sauce to make it look like Al pastor, and the tortilla was half the size you ORDER and advertise

Person 3 complained that he got everything in chicken and in tripas, and that he got served 2 mini tacos as opposed to 4 on the menu, went back and same thing to person 2, missing all the extra ingredients and just all on the side.

This was just for 3 people!!! I've read the prior reviews, and you truly know Al pastor meat you know how it looks and what it tastes like, LOOK AT YOUR ORDER WHEN THEY SERVE IT TO YOU CAUSE THEY GOT EVERYTHING WRONG, and they just hope you don't notice it. Everything is overpriced, expect to pay $6 for one tortilla that is less than 2" in diameter.

Look at your order before you eat, the cook just serves whatever is next to him or feels like it and the servers just tell you that is what you ordered and reluctant to...

Once again!!!! Horrible horrible service from young lady working there tonight. She is too busy flirting with the cooks!! I went to order food which it took 45 min to get then to know I was missing the grilled onions and one of my combos was totally wrong! I called to complain once I got home and looked at my order and she put me on hold for 10 minutes. What kind of service is this. Not only that but the food was cold!!! COLD!!! Some of The cooks are not experienced to be in the kitchen and the cashier needs to stop flirting with the white cooks and instead check the orders before giving it to the costumer! It’s so frustrating because the food is good but the service is Horrible!! I don’t think all fault is from the employees. Obviously this restaurant has NEVER had a strong Manager or strict owners with high expectations. Attention to detail is crucial when working a restaurant and that’s something it’s always lacked. I’m from The Valley, I’m from Sharyland and when i found out you guys opened this restaurant here in SA I was excited. Unfortunately it’s always been disappointing. A couple of years ago I left a Google review and also Facebook. I live in StonOak area and it’s convenient to go get my taco fix but Im always afraid to go because I’m always disappointed.
