Worst experience ever, first off I wanted to order the 40 piece got up to the menu and I ask for a 40 piece nugget and got the response of we don't have a 40 piece and I asked if he can check and he stated "we don't have a 40 piece of anything". Turned out they do have the 40 piece nugget and I also ordered a 10 piece meal on the side so we can get the large fries and large drink ordered a sweet tea. Come up to pay and then drive up to get my order I asked for 2 extra sauces and the employee told us we have to pay which is fine and all so I switched on two bbq for sweet and sour because I only got one of those when I ask for two sweet and sour. The employee continued to count all the sauces in front of me. She counted 6 along with the sauces I switched out. Keep in mind a 40 piece comes with 6 sauces and the 10 piece comes with 2. And she wanted to charge me for sauces that were already owed to me anyways. And the employee counted them like if I didn't know how to count my sauces. I left! Fast forward to when I get home which is like maybe 3-5 minute commute. My food was so old and cold, that I hit a nugget on the table and it sounded like someone was knocking on my door! I go for the fries and try one and they're cold and elastic and some of them were hard, my tea taste like it's syrup the bottom of the barrel. They forgot my straw and napkins because she was so worried about the sauces. I call the location immediately and they offer free fries. I didn't want anything free I wanted them to educate their employees on how to treat paying customers. She couldn't do anything I called corporate and gave them all the information with a promise of a call back but instead I get a letter apologizing for my experience and a free cone coupon to redeem at the location I just had a horrible experience at. Read moreAwful service! I didn't use the order here system they've now put in place. I was told it was optional. There was a msn standing at the counter already. I walked up to. He was looking in patient, i thought maybe they were taking too long with so much he ordered. Employees walked around here and there in the kitch, but no one would acknowledge us. Aftet about 13 minutes. I asked the man have u been waiting for your order. He said no, no ones come up here to take it... they clearly saw us. I figured maybe the cashier was back tgere helping. There were only 3 tables in use. Finally i called someone over and asked can we still order at the counter or we must order on that, pointing at their "order here" stand. She said no. Just a moment. She hoes to tell someone. A young man appeared and the gentleman who had been waiting well over 20 min now. He goes to the kitchen to get the 2 coffees and fries he ordered. Comes back but forgets fries. Goes back. The man shakes his head. Then he turns to me, I said just an ice coffee for me. He goes back to get the mans fries but took ahile again, the man and i looked at each other, since he was taking so long to bring his fries, i told the man. I'm sorry he's probably getting my ice coffee too. He comes back. The man pays and leaves. He then turns to me, as though he forgot, i said mine is just the ice coffee he said ok leaves again. 11 minutes i stood there waiting. I went to seit down close by, i was meeting someone. We sat and discussed some things we were about to go work on. He never called out for me now only 1 table in use and the one we sat at. We were done with our meeting and we proceed to leave, i walked to the counter and i see the ice coffee just sitting behind the counter. I told an employee, can i just get my money back, we've been here 40 minutes. Only 2 tables in use and NO one could ask whos is this coffee?

Read moreThey wanna blame all that breakout on the onions it's all the raw patties they pass of in the quarter pounders tonight we got 3 quarter pounders and some nuggets and my husband had taken about 3 bites and brought if for me to see I still hadn't got on to my food yet and his burger is raw not a little pink like completely pink like the outside was barley brown so I look into the other 2 and there just as raw so I call talk to the manager and she said to take them back so my husband goes back waits all over again and so because he had taken the 3 bites they didn't replace the other one and sent back the 2 still pinkish burgers and said they couldn't replace the other one because he had ate from it so they threw it out uhhhh so never mind the inconvenience never mind that with out asking she through out the burger so I lost time and money and we still didn't eat them cause there still pink not as bad as much money as McDonald's makes and they boast millions served how many get sick or have gotten sick wheres those numbers Especially this location they never ever replace ur stuff like if u don't go back right then you lost out on your money and food people work and have lives family's to tend to after waiting in the line 20 mins or more who wants to go right back once your home and you have to hold the food until u cam take it back tonight we had to make 2 trips and that was not taken into consideration she could have at least given me the burger back if she wasn't going to replace it .
