If your searching for a new audio system this is your stop. I worked with Dua (hope I spelled her name right) and Gihad. Dua worked the floor and behind the counter and I guess I under estimated her because her product knowledge isn’t in question. She was even nice enough to allow me to listen to her sound system for reference point (which was so overkill I felt confident my project would be a knock out the park). I didn’t feel she was pushy or in sale mode she was more interested in the sound I was looking for making sure my budget was realistic and not going over my budget. Gihad is a work horse. It seems to be a family business and he doesn’t mind putting the family on his back. He had an obvious genuine love for the business and would work all night if they didn’t stop him. Everyone was happy and I got EVERYTHING I was looking for. I returned because something didn’t sound right and they had no problem upholding their lifetime install warranty was overly apologetic. This team is professional, humble, hungry and excited to serve. I honestly wouldn’t dare take my car to another shop.

update: This is now years after I left first review and it seems it never posted. I wish this was an update to my last review. I’ve been coming here for YEARS. And when I refer my friends they call and tell me about the red carpet treatment (Note I NEVER call and let them know about a referral… red carpet is their standard… I may exaggerate but good service is hard to find.) This shop is no one trick pony. I’ve done tint, radio, subs, and even lights on my ATV next. Honest work in the auto industry is rough. It feels good to have a business...

I have purchased three car audio systems for different vehicles that I have owned, and my experience with Brothers Sound Electronics has been the best experience yet. In particular, Omar did an excellent job of assessing my "wants" and catering to my taste and preferences. He knows his stuff and was able to set me up with a system that delivers phenomenal sound for my type of music. This is seriously the best sound system I have had, and the price for the quality is pretty sick. I like to spend good money on quality products, and I truly believe that Omar and his fam have delivered on both fronts: product and service. Trusting someone with your car audio can be difficult, but they have earned my trust, and I encourage anyone who is looking for an exceptional shop to upgrade their car audio to give Brothers Sound Electronics the opportunity to make you just as pleased as I am!

Boyfriend and I took his car to get his amp installed. After we get it back, we quickly realized it was not installed the way we had discussed with them. Brought it back to be fixed and installed correctly and were turned away because they were "too busy" even though they screwed up and you would think they'd be more than willing to fix it. Brought it back a few days later and had to leave it overnight to be corrected. Install was correct..or so we thought. The car battery started dying all the time. Brand new car. Than we realize it was still installed incorrectly and the amp was staying powered on and killing the battery! When we called today to inform them, we were told they were too busy and it'd have to wait till Monday. We brought it anyway since this was now the SECOND mistake they made. No apologies were made, refunds offered, nothing. All he got was attitude. Even though we had to make 4 total trips to get this installed correctly. And 2 trips to the car shop to get new batteries....
