Only giving 3 stars because my husband really enjoyed his meal. I ordered delivery this past weekend and had a few issues with the experience. I asked that they omit vegetables from the garlic beef I ordered- I did NOT ask for extra beef in place of the omitted vegetables or any other substitution…. Just needed something omitted from my entree. I was given an extra charge of $2 for asking to omit an ingredient from an entree without any notice or call. I was also charged twice on my debit card.. once for the original total and again for the total plus the surcharge. I am having to now work this out with my bank to get one of the charges removed… so there’s roughly $50 in charges to my account which is not correct. My chicken was dry and flavorless and the Rangoons were undercooked and flimsy. I really hoped I would like this place since some of the reviews rave about it… but I am really not happy with the extra charge, the double charge, and the food quality of most of my order. I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews warning of the lack of flavor and nickel and diming of customers for silly things like omitting an ingredient from an entree.
