Only giving 3 stars because my husband really enjoyed his meal. I ordered delivery this past weekend and had a few issues with the experience. I asked that they omit vegetables from the garlic beef I ordered- I did NOT ask for extra beef in place of the omitted vegetables or any other substitution…. Just needed something omitted from my entree. I was given an extra charge of $2 for asking to omit an ingredient from an entree without any notice or call. I was also charged twice on my debit card.. once for the original total and again for the total plus the surcharge. I am having to now work this out with my bank to get one of the charges removed… so there’s roughly $50 in charges to my account which is not correct. My chicken was dry and flavorless and the Rangoons were undercooked and flimsy. I really hoped I would like this place since some of the reviews rave about it… but I am really not happy with the extra charge, the double charge, and the food quality of most of my order. I wish I had paid more attention to the other reviews warning of the lack of flavor and nickel and diming of customers for silly things like omitting an ingredient...
Read moreThe shrimp toast, egg rolls and crab rangoons were incredibly greasy. With each bite I took, grease dripped out and pooled in my mouth. The General Tso’s chicken was not at all General Tso’s chicken. The chicken was soggy and pale looking, drenched in a neon orange transparent sauce. Everything was just greasy. The only only thing decent was the shrimp fried rice. Compliments to the shrimp for frying it. Overall, not worth the price we paid for this evenings dinner which we paid a little over $100.00. Would’ve been better off eating a sandwich at home but was looking forward to having a nice dinner with my family after working a 12 hour shift. We ordered shrimp fried rice, an order of crab rangoons, two of their appetizer samplers platters, General Tso’s, and combination fried noodles for dinner. Horrible experience. I don’t know how to upload photos otherwise I would. The chicken looks incredibly...
Read moreI came here for lunch while my dog gets groomed (around 12:20 maybe) and it was decently populated. Quite a few people came in after me. I was seated quickly as were the people who followed. The hostest (who I think might also be an owner, it seems like a family owned establishment) took my drink order and delivered it right away. The server showed up soon after for my order. I got the egg drop soup (had a few peas and some carrots but nothing I couldn't fish out, I prefer my egg drop to be just soup and egg so this was perfect for me) and the beef with broccoli and steamed rice. It came with my choice of egg roll or Crab Rangoon, I chose the rangoon. Pretty big portion and ended up taking most of it home with me. Overall, fantastic chinese food and great price. I paid 24.75 for my whole meal (plus I added a big take out container...
