Not even worth one star. Went through the drive thru around 1 am. Had to repeat my order to the lady four times. Got to the window and had to repeat my order another three times and paid. I waited about ten minutes and watched one of the vehicles behind me leave with their order, which was almost the exact same as mine, drive off. I just ordered four mcdoubles, a large and small fry and a coke. I tried to get someone's attention by honking but was ignored. Watched one of the workers go to the frappe machine that was not even three feet away from the window. I started knocking on the window to get her attention and was still ignored. All the while watching car after car leave with their food. They even got one of the other customers to to tell the guy behind me to back up because they had his food at the first window. I was pretty ticked off by then so I held down my car horn till the lady that took my order finally comes to the window to tell me that she was sorry that she forgot to put in my order. That's not how it works. I have worked as a cashier and cook at McDonald's before and you don't pay for an order without putting it in. I asked for the manger. The manger Patricia came to the window and just said she was sorry for the wait and was going to make sure the lady put in her orders. My sister started talking to her because she got mad at the way she was telling me this. she acted like it was such a burden to come talk to us and just didn't want to deal with us. She told her, that's it? You're not even going to try and make it right? Not even a free drink or a burger? You already made us wait this long plus ignore us. It's the least she could do. Just told us with a snappy attitude that she doesn't know what happened and she apoligizes and she can get us a drink. She hands it to me all ticked off. Waited and watched another two cars get their food. Finally I get my food. I open my bag to see undercooked and greasy fries and dried up burger patties. I just left because I was so fed up. Read moreThis is the second time they have done this... I placed an on line order told my son in law to pick up my order since he was across the street at Wal-Mart... I set it for the counter so he went in waited for a while just to be told that there is no one working the counter cuz everyone was to buisy working the back and drive through... So he was sent to go through the drive thru just to wait longer and then told they couldn't find the order... Went back inside and they told him I have to push the IM HERR button which I did before but since its showing my location to far on my phone it wouldn't work but finally it did but even after that they still couldn't find the order... Remind you I placed the order at 3:45 pm and and dealt with all this all the way to 4:40pm about a whole hour... Don't see how this place is still running or havent got better managers to run the place more sufficient... Ive been a manager at different food industries and never have I ever seen such bad poor management... Oh here is the big plus... I called them to complain I asked for a manager which the girl who answered said she was the manager but yet when I got on her about the whole thing she spoke to someone else in spanish which I understand the language about what I said then handed the phone to the correct manager... I never write reviews but this really boils my blood cuz they can't even refund me and I have to get with corporate which I strongly feel they run under...
Read moreWe placed a breakfast order my girlfriend and I, the lady that gave us the order forgot the 2 hash browns that was on the ticket to order but was not in the bag, my girlfriend waved her down to let her know those hash browns were not in the bag. While the lady did correct the order, she commented the fact that they were in the bag, inside the window which my girlfriend overheard and told her they weren't. The lady seemingly corrected herself after saying that, to say they are in there now. Literally a minute in between that exchange to question a customer that our order was correct then to backtrack that statement made it seem like my girlfriend was lying about the order when in fact we didn't drive off after receiving the order and checked order to verify if it was correct to getting the correct order, how would it been possible we were trying to steal an order when we never moved off the drive thru only to be told is was correct order (with no hash browns) when it wasnt then for her to backtrack her statement to say its now correct. We are honest customers 1st off and wouldn't have said anything to the contrary if the order was correct in the 1st place. This took place at about 10:30 roughly this morning and don't know the lady...
