First time going to this establishment after passing it several times in my travels as a truck driver.... I have to say, it was just ok. However, I did eat all of the 2 piece chicken lunch I ordered. The side of ranch dressing (I was charged 1 something for) and hot sauce saved the chicken. I felt it could use a tad more seasoning. Jose, my friend, even at a young age, you dont have to be so matter of fact. Yes, please do your job, but be mindful when you have new customers coming in (I acknowledged that) it's ok to try upselling them on other products and/ or food items. I asked him for a sample of the brisket. There was a gentleman cutting some literally a foot from him. Jose, after looking somewhat appearing confused and totally uncomfortable from being asked, walks around the corner and disappears to seemingly "act" like he was asking a manager. I can't see him, so I don't know if he really did so or not. He came back 30 seconds later saying, " No, you have to pay for that..." I said," No thanks. " Was handed my food items, I then took some pics and left. The food was decent. They appeared busy. The prices were ok also. Check this place if ever in the area.

ITS BILL MILLERS! You can't say no... That was a year ago, ... Guess service and the old Bill Miller's has gone way from family values to how can I get more money for less product. I had gone there drive thru, then told to wait to the side.. Then after seeing 4 out of the 5 cars behind me get served.. I called to make my complaint... Then told to come in to pick up my order.. I gone through the drive-thru because I had my kids in the car. So, I had to get them off and pick up my order from inside... I was told that the chop meat was not ready out of all things for my sandwiches then served but looks like half a serving on each. Over the years, the bread has gotten bigger and the quantity like the service has gone down. No, this isn't the first time because I figured it was just "hey they were busy" but thus will be the last time... I paid 6$ for 3 pieces of meat the size of dice and what vegetables you see at the bottom. The rest was broth not only 3/4 of the way filled.. When you get your order pull it out of the many layers of bags and check it out.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Where do I even begin with the trainwreck that was my experience at Bill Miller’s? As a customer named Jonathan, I walked into this establishment expecting some decent BBQ, but what I got instead was a masterclass in incompetence and outright hostility, courtesy of the manager, Miss Davila, who I can confidently say is the single worst human being I’ve ever encountered in the food business. From the moment I stepped in, Miss Davila’s attitude was like a slap in the face. She was barking orders at her staff with zero regard for professionalism, creating a tense atmosphere that made everyone uncomfortable. When I approached the counter to place my order, she barely acknowledged me, rolling her eyes like I was an inconvenience for daring to be a paying customer. I asked a simple question about the menu, and she snapped at me with a condescending tone, saying, “It’s all right there, figure it out.” I’ve never felt so disrespected in a restaurant. The food? An absolute disaster. My brisket was drier than the Sahara, and the sides were clearly sitting out for hours, cold and congealed. When I politely asked if they could remake my order, Miss Davila stormed over, accused me of “trying to scam free food,” and had the audacity to tell me to “take it or leave it.” I’m sorry, but who treats customers like that? Her behavior was so vile, it was like she was personally offended by my existence. The restaurant itself was filthy—tables weren’t wiped, trash was overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Clearly, Miss Davila’s “management” skills are nonexistent. The staff seemed miserable, and I don’t blame them; working under someone as toxic as her must be a nightmare. I overheard her berating an employee in front of customers for a minor mistake, which was beyond unprofessional. I’ve been to plenty of BBQ joints, and Bill Miller’s under Miss Davila’s reign is a disgrace to the industry. She’s rude, incompetent, and has no business being in charge of anything, let alone a restaurant. I’ll never set foot in this location again, and I’m warning everyone to steer clear unless you want to be insulted, served garbage food, and treated like dirt. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this place...

⭐ 1/5 stars Worst Experience Ever at Bill Miller’s – Mrs. Davila is an Absolute Nightmare I’ve never felt so disrespected and appalled in my life as I did at the Bill Miller’s managed by Mrs. Davila. This woman is hands-down the most unprofessional, rude, and downright disgusting human being I’ve ever encountered in a service setting. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Mrs. Davila runs this place like her own personal dictatorship, with zero regard for customers or basic human decency. First off, the restaurant was filthy—tables covered in sticky sauce, floors littered with trash, and a smell like something had gone bad in the kitchen. When I politely asked Mrs. Davila if someone could wipe down a table, she rolled her eyes and snapped, “Do it yourself if you’re so picky!” I was stunned. This is a manager? Her attitude was so hostile it felt like she was daring me to complain. The food was an absolute disaster. My order was wrong, cold, and looked like it had been thrown together by someone who didn’t care. When I brought it to Mrs. Davila’s attention, she laughed—actually laughed—and said, “If you don’t like it, go somewhere else.” I’ve never been so blatantly disrespected by someone in charge. She didn’t offer to fix the order or apologize; instead, she turned away and started yelling at her staff in front of everyone, berating them for no apparent reason. The poor employees looked miserable, and I don’t blame them—working under her must be a nightmare. To top it all off, Mrs. Davila’s personal hygiene was shocking. Her uniform was stained, her hair was a mess, and she was wiping her hands on her clothes while handling food. It was beyond disgusting and made me question the restaurant’s sanitation standards. I overheard other customers whispering about how they’ve had similar experiences with her, and it’s clear she’s driving this location into the ground. Bill Miller’s used to be a reliable spot, but Mrs. Davila’s toxic attitude and complete disregard for customers have ruined it. I’ll never step foot in this place again as long as she’s in charge. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location at all costs. Corporate needs to step in and address this immediately—Mrs. Davila is a disgrace...

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I, Carlos, have never been so appalled by a dining experience in my life, and the sole reason for this catastrophe is the manager, Miss Davila, who is hands-down the most deplorable human being I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. Walking into Bill Miller’s, I was hoping for a quick, satisfying meal, but what I got was a front-row seat to Miss Davila’s reign of terror. The moment I entered, the vibe was off—way off. Miss Davila was screaming at her staff over something trivial, her face twisted in a scowl that could curdle milk. When I got to the counter, she didn’t even bother looking up from her phone, muttering, “What do you want?” as if I was wasting her precious time. I tried to clarify an item on the menu, and she cut me off with a sneer, saying, “It’s not rocket science, pick something.” Her rudeness was so over-the-top, it felt like a personal attack. The food was an insult to BBQ. My chicken was so overcooked it could’ve doubled as a hockey puck, and the beans were a cold, gloopy mess that tasted like they’d been scraped from the bottom of a forgotten pot. When I dared to ask for a replacement, Miss Davila marched over, glared at me like I’d committed a crime, and hissed, “You ate half of it, so deal with it.” Half? I took one bite! Her attitude was beyond toxic—it was downright malicious. The place itself was a dump. Crumbs and sticky spots covered the tables, the trash cans were overflowing, and there was a mysterious smell coming from the corner. Miss Davila clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I saw her snap at an employee for dropping a napkin, humiliating them in front of everyone. No wonder the staff looked like they were on the verge of quitting. Miss Davila is a walking disaster who shouldn’t be allowed near customers, let alone manage a restaurant. This Bill Miller’s is a stain on the chain’s reputation, and I’m never coming back. Save yourself the misery and avoid this location like the...
