Taco Cabana — Restaurant in San Antonio

Inedible food. Surprised this place is still in business. We picked up some “quick” breakfast tacos, after waiting about 20 minutes in the drive through (with no one in front of me), which added up to almost $40. For spending that much you would hope the food would be half decent. Getting home we open the bag only to find everything drenched in oil. It was disgusting, it seemed as if they dipped the entire taco, foil and all back into the oil. Everything was covered in it to the point we had to take it back because none of it was edible. As for the bacon and egg tacos, the bacon looked so refried that it was black with brown spots, looks like it went bad and was still cooked, it didn’t even look like bacon anymore. We went back and asked for a refund, at least we got that. Regardless of being refunded , there is no excuse as to why someone should be serving food like this. Definitely the last time we ever go to any one of these places. For future reference please check your food before leaving the drive through here. Wow. This place is the definition of poor quality. Geniuses couldn't understand corn tortillas for my chicken fajitas plate. By the way it wasn't a taco plate but they went ahead did tacos and still they used flour tortillas. And let's not forget to mention that the tacos they put in my plate had only two slices of chicken in each taco. Plus the bean and cheese tacos had a what seemed like a half a tablespoon of beans and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The most disappointing experience ever. I even had to wait for about twenty minutes for my order. You would think waiting that long for my order should have been awesome, far from it. Honestly I don't really do reviews but I'm so disappointed that I couldn't help but say something. I will never go to this restaurant again. I definitely recommend going to another Taco Cabana if you are craving it. Not...

I haven't been in a few months but this location wasn't pleasant the salsa bar had left over items very noticeable NO WHERE NEAR FRESH I asked about the chili Couldn't tell me if it was good or not said never tried it. If the company is setting at they should allow their employees to at least try it to sell it and give them their experience not an experience why don't know what it tastes like it doesn't assure you if you want to eat it or not I always get a cabana bowl fajatia or chicken and the bowl was no where near good very little meat for the price you pay and I Couldn't tell if I had rice or beans very little portion Over all was not happy I caught him a to come plant I still haven't heard anything back so that does that to know how well they take care of their customers and their customer...
