Just left this place. I ordered a tortilla soup and a menudo- no drinks, nothing special. I sat at the window for about 5-10 minutes and then they told me to go to the parking lot, I waited for almost 15 minutes more. I went inside t ask if the soup and menudo were frozen because I did not want if that was so. There were only two people in the dining room, one person behind me in drive through so I didn't see why they needed 20-25 minutes to serve these two items. I asked the young girl about the soup/menudo being frozen and she kinda got an attitude, then spoke to an older lady who blamed the chef and called him a name. I waited another 5 minutes to get the order, came home and saw they gave us less than half the cup of menudo/hominy, the rest was juice, no cilantro or onion (I asked and the young lady stated it comes with the menudo) and the tortilla soup strips were stale. I wouldn't recommend this place. We have come here before and the service was a little "iffy", but this did it. There are TOO many other restaurants in the vicinity to put up with with such poor customer service. The food is not that good to...

The drive through is all torn up with handwritten signs taped up for the menu. I had a coupon from my HEB receipt. It said buy one entree get one free with purchase of two drinks. The cashier at the window tells me they can't take my coupon, because it's "Dine in only and for breakfast tacos". I asked to speak with the manager. Manager, pretends she doesn't speak English . Still says she won't take coupon. See I tell her , she is false advertising and I would not have spent 25.00 on food there, if I would have known she was going to deny her coupon. I would of went elsewhere. I told this manager lady, I was going to put her on "Yelp" and "Facebook" for ripping people off. Then she decided to honor the coupon and offered me a margarita and was acting nice. She thought she was going to get one over on me. Don't go here. They discriminate if your white. The food sucked after all that trouble, the food sucked!!! Worst I've had. Beans were soured. Won't go back! The burned steak was supposed to be carne...

Such a shame because food here was fantastic. I arrived at this location on the morning of the 23rd between the hours of 11:02 am and 11:21 am. My transaction amount was under $6 so I rounded it up to $6 by tipping the change amount up. Fast forward today I notice the transaction in my bank was for $16.00. I went to the restaurant this morning to address the incident with the manager and request they produce the merchant receipt so I can view it. They informed me a mistake must have been made and offered me my money back for the difference in cash but they refused to produce the merchant receipt. Which to me this tells me the alteration was intentional and they must of added a “1” before my “6” in the total and they forged it. There is no way this is accidental. I highly advise anyone coming here to check and keep your receipts and report the incident if it occurs because I doubt I’m the first person this...
