Please read I don’t usually leave reviews. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Fast food should be between 10-15 mins maximum of ordering food, paying for food, and receiving food. I’ve been to this location multiple times and even when you order online it takes more than 15 minutes to receive food. Today hit the bank! With this location once you’re in line you’re stuck if others are in front or behind you, so we couldn’t leave. Anyways we waited for 20 minutes before ordering and we were right behind the car actually ordering, once we ordered we waited 2 mins before paying. We sat at the second window for 15 minutes watching the young lady create 50 drinks (seriously) and not once were we greeted by her or told sorry for inconvenience. Once we received the food we could NOT leave the drive thru because the manager came out and told another car to pull in front of us and we waited for another 3 minutes. This was a total waste of our time as customers. We did not ask to speak to a manager because it was already other cars waiting and speaking to the manager. Overall this location moves way too slow and doesn’t consider customers in a professional manner. Very disappointed with this location. Read moreStarted by standing in line and watching supervisor forehead temp check an employee. "100.4. Sorry honey, you can't work today". I thought that was great. They're taking it seriously. Then the girl began begging her. Told her she had to work. Needed the money. Just needed a drink of cold water and she'd be fine. After begging for a solid minute the person gave in. Let her go back into the kitchen and work. The young lady clocked in and went into the back without a mask. Then we ordered.... We were card number 8. There was one party of 4 in front of us. Rest of seating area was all eating their food. It took over 20 minutes for our order to arrive (not complicated order by any means) and of the 4 meal items 2 were prepared incorrectly. I've been to this location a few times. If I'm going back I'm going to need to hear from a Manager as to why I should. I'm no CV-19 freak by any means. My family were not in masks and only wear them when we're in tight confines with other people. The young lady should have been sent home. She presented a health problem to the entire restaurant and all patrons. This was NOT okay. Getting a simple 4 item order out correctly in less than 20 minutes should be easy. Read moreFood is usually hot so no complaints there. You usually have quite a long wait time but learn to deal with it. I did have a bad experience over a year ago. I had chemo earlier in the day and wanted something cold for my throat so I ordered a shake curbside because my immune system is low from chemo and wanted to avoid being around people. I waited a LONG time and finally caught a workers attention who came outside. Told her what I had ordered. She went inside and then came out and told me the chocolate shakes were not available so I asked for vanilla. Waited a LONG time and had to go inside even though I was trying to stay away from crowds. I asked for a manager. Some young lady who I watched as she was batting her eyelashes trying to chat up some young men at the counter. She was quite rude and informed me the machine for shakes was out of order. (Why didn’t they come out and inform me of that?) I asked for a refund since I paid through the app and she told me she couldn’t do it and I had to contact Whataburger.
