Why does this not have a zero star rating? That's what I would give this location. There are a few employes who are are very pleasant to customers but to be quite honest the majority of the younger emplyees that work there are very rude and clearly do not want to be there. And I'm sorry to say that it's especially true when it comes to some of the young girls who work there. I've been there many times (because it's the closest one to me) and although the ordering process is usually great when I drive up to get my order the employees rarely even look at me and I feel as though I'm being rushed through. No hello or good morning or afternoon absolutely no thank you or have a good day...nada! I've had the window closed on me while I'm in the middle of asking for condiments and then when I'm finally given the opportunity to ask for them I get an attitude and am made to feel as though I'm bothering them. Also, probably 90% of the time they get my order wrong to the point where I've asked for two pies and get a large fry instead. And it's a good thing when I catch these errors before I get home. On my last visit I ordered a burger and got home and started eating it until I noticed that the patty was still red in the inside. How in the world did they not cook a patty THAT THIN long enough? Read moreWorse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m a loyalty member. I order a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce . Along with coffee, a biscuit, hashbrowns and McMuffin. First of all they forgot to put my order in to be made so they made us park at spot 1. They come out after 15 minutes with only my coffee in hand. As I’m walking back inside to get my food I almost slip and fall at the side door by the spots. No caution sign. And I am pregnant. So I go inside and my order was never made. They try three times to give me a steak egg and cheese which I absolutely hate. The forth time they give me a bacon with round egg and no sauce. The lady handing me the food gets all mad and says she won’t deal with me anymore cause none of the sandwiches are right. The fifth time they finally give me the right sandwich with folded egg and extra sauce, but this time my bacon was burnt. I take it and leave and then realize they never gave me the jelly I asked for either. Something similar happened last week with the same sandwich where my bagel was burnt 3 times and raw 2 times. I will NOT be returning to this location EVER AGAIN. I am pregnant and shouldn’t even have to get out to get my order when I come thru drive thru. Read moreNow I’m gonna say this I come to this McDonald’s often it’s right by my house but I would rather drive to Valley high Drive where I’m greeted the way I greet people and I’m just showed respect and when that is too what I am pushing out good energy and when I ask for condiments I don’t get attitude I feel like if people don’t like customer service they don’t need to work in this field.
