I have never had a problem here before but the last time I went we had an issue. My sister went to Naara with a friend who had invited her out(my sister didn't have money). The guy she was with was paying and he didn't tip. I have no idea why he didn't and my sister had no idea he didn't pay a tip at the time. She quickly learned tho when the TYLER the server she had found her on Facebook and messaged her basically calling her a low life. Which is very unprofessional, unnecessary, and very rude. Then we went the next day or the day after and he completely ignored us we were there for nearly 10 or 20 minutes watching him walk by and help many other customers right next to us. Another customer sitting across from us told him we were waiting for him. He continued to walk by us again and sent another server from a completely different section to take care of us. Stephanie was amazing, awesome customer service! Then after she bought us our menus I tried asking TYLER a question about the menu and he tried to ignore me so I had to call him twice. He was really rude and short with me. So when Stephanie returned I mentioned it to her and she asked me my question again and she answered me very politely and she apologized to us for his rudeness. Now I was not there the day that my sisters friend, who paid, didn't tip. So there was absolutely no reason for him to be that way towards me. If we knew it was his section we would not have sat there. We didn't know till we sat down. Stephanie helped us out even tho her section was full she still made time for us and I greatly appreciate that. The photo attached is his...
ย ย ย Read moreHad such a great time the other day (which was our first time going ). We decided to catch happy hour for our second visit. I called around 3 30 and asked for more information about the happy hour. A young lady, very thick accent, told me food was half off for happy hour. We arrived at 4 45, i asked our server if the food was also on happy hour (just confirming). She said yes. Now we received the bill and it is much higher than I calculated. There is another young lady that is handling our transaction and she says the only happy hour pricing is the hookah, we sent her back twice to confirm with her manager. We then asked for the manager, who then spoke with her general manager and they took off 20 or 25%. Now the manager did confirm that I did speak with 2 different employees and both employees were new. How is that my fault? The manager was really nice but I would have appreciated them honoring the pricing I was told by 2 different employees. As someone who is a general manager in the hospitality industry, I would have honored it because ultimately it was the 2 employees that gave out the wrong information. As a customer, that experience really frustrated me and left my experience not so great because I literally only ordered the food because i was told it was half off for happy hour. I just felt really blindsided. But overall the atmosphere is great and that was our first time trying the food which was great as well with...
ย ย ย Read moreNot too many redeeming qualities at this spot. The service was subpar. The food wasnโt spectacular and overpriced. Ordered chicken tenders to go - only for the server to disappear for 25-30 minutes. After getting up to track someone down the server magically appeared and claimed the food would be done in 5 minutes. When asked about why the food wasnโt ready we were met with an excuse of โthe oil needed to be changedโ. Which considering the time made no sense. Regardless it wouldโve been wise to inform us prior to ordering or to give a heads up as a courtesy as the server knew we had plans to pick someone up at the airport. We proceeded to get up after waiting a few more minutes to pay and pick up the food at the front. At the front register we were told again the food was not ready. This is when we learned the food had just been started and they were rushing to get it done. Worried about the potential for it to be undercooked we wanted to check it, but was told โitโs not a big deal, itโs just food.โ A food poisoning incident is most certainly a big deal. After asking to speak to a manager an older gentleman peeked his head from the back and walked backwards around the corner. It seems accountability isnโt a strong suit of the staff. No plans to ever...
