A very enjoyable experience and must go to place! Environment = 10 Cleanliness = 10 Food = 10 Customer Service = 10
::Customer Service:: Walking in the first thing I notice was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. They immediately greeted me and provided menu, silverware and drinks. The staff looks happy and enjoy working here, the transition/handoff during shift changes was seamless with no interruptions. You can see the Management truly caring for their staff and the business.
::Food:: I ordered the Frito Black Bean Burger. The burger had a great taste and was very enjoyable. The bun was a very tasty whole grain bun with oats in the bun itself. The meat was very juice as you can see when pressing down on the burger. The meat itself had an enjoyable taste that complimented the additions of the black beans and fritos. The cheese had a wonderful mixture of flavors the completed the taste. Only suggestion would be to add more black beans to the burger as I had mostly fritos with a light spread of black beans. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and had great taste. If you are a sweet potato fries lover I would strongly recommend this place! For dessert the cheesecake was delicious with a light spread of strawberry syrup. However without real strawberries you could notice it was missing something.
::Cleanliness:: The restrooms were very clean with a great scent aroma. Restrooms are one of the most important factors for me due to my medical needs and happy to say they are maintained well here. I see the employees wash their hands continuously, sometimes fanatically after every action. Needless to say they take cleanliness important here. The tables and under tables are clean along with the floors. So glad to see they keep everything clean including the unnoticeable places.
::Environment:: The Atmosphere is very positive with enjoyable music and entertaining TV shows. They were even playing "The Greatest Showman" Soundtrack when I walked in which was a +1 for me. I see both the employees and customers smiling and enjoying it here. The walls have wonderful portraits and provides a very...
Read moreGreat Food, But Service Could Improve - A Memorable Experience at Embers Wood Fire Grill & Bar
My wife and I recently dined at Embers Wood Fire Grill & Bar, and while there were a few hiccups with the service, the overall experience was very enjoyable.
We started with the ribeye steak and shrimp combo, which was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the shrimp. The sides, including crispy tater tots and sweet potato fries, were a hit as well, offering just the right balance of crunch and flavor. I also tried the Pineapple Express burger, which was an unexpected delight! The combination of sweet and savory was spot-on, making each bite a real treat.
We couldn't miss the loaded baked potato either—rich, creamy, and topped with all the right ingredients. The flavors really stood out, complementing the hearty meal.
As for the atmosphere, Embers did not disappoint. The environment was warm, inviting, and comfortable, with a great vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy our meal. It's the kind of place that makes you feel at home while offering a touch of something special.
However, the service was a bit lacking. While the restaurant wasn't busy, it still took quite a while for us to be seated, which felt a little surprising given the time of day. Once we were seated, the staff was friendly, but the pace could have been quicker.
In summary, Embers Wood Fire Grill & Bar offers fantastic food in a great setting. Despite a few delays with the service, I’d still recommend it for the quality of the meals and the overall experience. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy more of their...
Read moreJust tried to celebrate my sister's birthday here and left because they wanted to charge me $15 to allow us to bring in a birthday cake. F-that, I said NO on principle! They don't want my business. Will never go there again. They do not care for their customers! Horrible "service". Update: Adam, Thank you for confirming that you don't care about your customer's experience, just their money. Allow me to teach you about customer service and I won't even charge you. No other eatery charges a fee to bring in a birthday cake, because they want that customer to come back. If a customer chooses to celebrate a special occasion at your restaurant, it because they feel you have a nice establishment, and you as an owner/manager should be honored that a customer holds your restaurant in such high regard. But instead you see this customer as a nuisance, an unwanted pain that you are not making enough money on, forgetting all the times they come in without a birthday cake in hand. You care more about $15 then you do about making a customer happy. And don't blame the servers, because my daughter is a server at a more exclusive establishment and they do not charge a cake fee. It's all part of servicing their customer. If you care so much about making a buck, I wonder where else you are cutting back just to make a little...
