To whom it May concern. I want to comment on something that happened to me in this restaurant. Before arriving to place my order, I was talking on the phone but nobody answered me and I thought that it did not serve the line or that they were too busy and that is why maybe they did not take my call ... I decided to go personally to the store to place the order . The order is today 6132 July 30, 2019 at 9:39 pm. and when the girl who attended to me arrived she looked in a bad mood or angry .. it's Danielle, so says the receipt she gave me. And I think he has neither the touch nor the patience for customer service. She is very rude and bothers when you ask her questions about the menu ... which is strange for me because it is her job, when it comes to paying for not deciding well if she wanted to pay by card or cash, another discomfort on her face and I was about to stop there. He gave me the order as he wanted and did not talk to me when I was ready, I had to find out for myself if the orders they put on the table were mine. Before leaving the store I wanted to talk to him to ask for some condiments that they had not put, ignoring me completely. and out of nowhere, as if I no longer wanted to know anything else about me, he walked to the back of the restaurant and lost sight of me ... he spent time and never came back, and that was when the boy who was preparing the orders who was next to the box approached and gave me help. Upon leaving the restaurant I realized that the woman was at the back of the restaurant in the parking lot smoking or taking something out of her car ... The thing is clear, that girl does not like her job and does not work for it . The time it took me to deliver my order I realized that the phone did work because it rang and rang but nobody answered it. and in the restaurant he only had one table. My question is: who puts that kind of wall to attend such an important place, permanently affecting it. Tried to file online complaint from my app and it ask fir store location where I put 9403 Wurzbach Rd San Antonio TX 78240 but wdnt recognize address and cdnt submit complaint. Call nearby Pizza Hut on De Zavala asking for store Mgr to get area supervisors name and lv my # for supervisor and Zoe comm mon es bk to tell me Mgr is busy helping cook and she is not coming to a customer phone call cuz she can’t do anyrhg on my situation. I hadn’t even told Zoe what happened lol only asked for area super info! WOW ! I then asked Zoe for name of area supervisor and to lv # for him/her to call and she says they don’t know who it is !! I called next Pizza Hut on Babcock and they never answered phone from 6:20 to 7:10 Pizza Hut used to be such a wonderful chain! Now they’re the bottom of the barrel!!! The City needs to look into the driver who wdnt do contactless! So glad neighbor right across me has a video cam !!

I told her we did not have one and that she was at the wrong address, I tried to tell her to come down more and she snapped back that she would figure it out and then hung up. She called back and said she couldn’t find it and I again tried to tell her to come down more, she seemed so confused and was so snappy. She said she was at the gate and again I told her she was at the wrong place, then she snapped back that she was taking it back to the store. I called the store and the manager was not helpful. I explained what happened and that I did not want to pay for a pizza I did not receive nor the tip and delivery fee for something that was not delivered. She told me there was nothing she could do.m and I was welcome to come pick the pizza up. I asked for a refund of what was paid, $52! And she said that she could refund the pizza only but it wouldn’t be for 7-10 days. She was not helpful and had a nasty attitude as well. Customer service is NOT their priority. They do not make attempts to make it right and are defensive of actions that directly upset and inconvenience their customers. We will never be a Pizza Hut customer again. Way too many pizza places in town to just waste money supporting a terrible...
