First things first, do NOT order from here. The 4 star reviews is very misleading.
Good luck getting ahold of any employee, manager or upper management person that gives a heck about your experience. We had to call a separate PH location asking for district manager information and they were the ones that let us know that they do not have that information because it is franchise owned and they have zero contact information.
Moving on to the order that caused a ruckus. It looked like our entire order was dropped, several times, they picked it up and had the audacity to give it to us anyway. The kids cheese pizza was salvageable and so were the wings but the boxes they came in were clearly beat up and dented and there was cheese everywhere in the pizza box. The meat lovers we ordered was a mess, slices and toppings clumped and rolled together in balls, as well as scattered as if someone dropped it several times and then handed it to us. We ordered a large but only 4 slices were good. The other 4 were rolled all up and the toppings fell right off in the box during the "dropping." We figured we'd go ahead and let the location know because we have NEVER had a PH experience like this nor any pizza delivery experience like this. If anything, we figured we could get a refund for the one pizza or maybe even get a new one sent out. This is when things got frustrating.
My spouse called first and was waiting for about 10mins before hanging up and trying again. This time I tried calling too, I figured one of us would have some luck getting through. But no luck. Nobody was answering the phones! I finally tried to call again but pressed "1" to order a pizza instead of "3" for concerns about our order. I immediately got through to their Call Center?!!! And they gave me the number for complaints & rewards. Except it wasn't the complaint number!! It was the Loyalty Points center.
So now we're dealing with the Loyalty Points center and after taking down our information and our ordeal they told me they wrote up an incident report and "it'll be 1-3 days before you get a call/email back from someone at the store location in regards to your report." While I'm on the phone with this guy, I'm asking for any number for upper management, district, a boss, someone since the customers cannot even get through to the employees at the store, how is he going to with his report?? He had no answer and just reiterated the 1-3 days wait time on the report. I ask him for anything, any number or email, and as I'm hearing him tell me that he has NO other contact information for any other department or individual for PH, the store location my spouse was still trying to call answers the phone and then immediately hangs up on them! Tries calling the store back again, immediately hangs up again. I let the Loyalty points employee know this and he said he did add this on the report. I asked if there was an actual complaints department that we can get ahold of. He said he doesn't have the number for that department but they use the same system so the department for complaints will see this and I just had to wait 1-3 days for someone to respond to me.

I normally check order in car but Pizza Hut is next to an Autistic Center and a small child was throwing a fit directly behind my car. The mother grabbed him closed her door that was blocking my car and apologized and said she'd wait for me to pull off. Then I asked if he even cared because of his fed up tone and attitude when I never cursed or raised my voice he replied, "not really because I offered you a credit." Of course we got charged the 4.99 delivery fee, and we tipped the 18%. We have been trying to call the store for 5 days, and unless you choose '1' to order a pizza, they do not answer.
