I was so disappointed with the food & service at this Popeyes. I downloaded the app to use while in line. My friend & I ordered the same meal & were told it would be a few minutes which wasn't a problem. We were asked to pull around until it was ready. About 5 cars that came after us got their food. We waited 25 minutes & then went inside. I think everybody besides the manager was high & I mean that. Not even a little high which would've been fine, but I think they were REALLY high. They couldn't get right. We had to ask for everything that came with the meal besides the chicken. The sides were wrong, we had no utensils, no napkins, no sauce, missing biscuits.. To get it right literally took another 10 minutes because they were all either arguing with each other or just confused altogether. I was flabbergasted. The chicken was hot but after waiting 30 minutes it should've been. But when I tell you it had NO FLAVOR!!!! I swear to God it tasted like I was eating hot water. I've never experienced that before in my life. I was starving so I ate some of it but it was truly terrible. Even the biscuits were tasteless. Usually you can taste some butter, a little salt, but there was nothing. I can't even figure out how they did that. I gave most of it to my friend's dog. I don't think I'll be eating at Popeyes...
Read moreProbably the most incompetent drive thru I’ve seen, and that’s saying a lot for fast food. Initially we started ordering after waiting for a while in a line already, which is no big deal but then the person taking our order asked us to repeat each item we ordered several times, which is also still not a big deal but that’d make you think they got it correct atleast right? Then after waiting longer we watch them exchange items with the car in front of us back and forth, and could tell that they gave the car in front of us our order. Which is still fine because we don’t mind waiting and we pull up, he confirms he gave them our order but that’s okay. Then after waiting longer he hands us the food, I check it and ofcourse it’s missing an entire combo, so I ask if I can get that, so he calls someone over and this woman thinks I’m lying until I show her the bag which is missing something. The worker said there were some already in the bag and there were only two packets for a total of SEVEN orders. Once we left and got settled, we noticed an extra biscuit that was purchased was not included in our meal. Additionally we had cold fries, a flat drink, stale biscuits and very small pieces in one of the two piece meals. Grace, an employee we spoke to about the issue, claimed that there is “nothing wrong with [their] biscuits or mashed potatoes”— I gladly invite her to come and TRY IT herself. She denied the poor service we received and even tried to blame the quality of our food on US. Very disappointed and displeased with the service here, as well as the food quality. Every poor review here clearly has justification. Save your money and eat elsewhere. We sure wish that we had done so.
