Foods always fresh, locations always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

2/18/25 haven't been by in a minute, but I was in the mood on the way home from work. I hadn't eaten all day so I wanted a big meal. But with a big meal comes a big price, plus 2 extra sauces it came out to $18 and change. I didn't get mad. I just enjoyed it, but I knew that's a bit much to come back for soon when I really only eat the chicken and some of the fries. I like the toasted bread but am not big on bread, so it ends up getting tossed out to birds. I've never been into Coleslaw, and there isn't alternatives, so that unfortunately is wasted. Chicken with the sauce is good and the same good for the fries, but once they get cold, I'm not into them anymore. Chicken was hot, though, and juicy. Really, the only thing that bothered me was that my coke was nothing but ice. After a few sips, it was gone. Which I guess is good for me. I don't really need soda, but at that price, you want the full bang for your buck. Anyways, I just hit drive thru, and from the looks of it, and despite the current conditions of Austin Hwy, yall are keeping the place up, I thought about this as...

Terrible service. 9mins for a simple gallon tea is ridiculous. I was in a hurry so I went inside and bought 1 gallon tea. I watched 2 girls get out an empty gallon, chat with each other, put it back and continue to talk amongst themselves. There were 4 girls at the counter not doing anything and after 6mins I asked the status on the tea and everyone was visibly confused. Eventually they called over the manager and I mentioned to him I just had a gallon tea and nothing else and I haven't got it yet. He asks me "oh, like, you want US to fill it up or..??" I was dumbfounded. I politely said if I can have the gallon and I can do it if they were busy (they werent). He rudely shrugs his shoulders and gestures to the gallon I said thanks and had a hard time filling it up. I saw so many people standing around and doing nothing. Filling a tea should've been an easy task, at least give me the jug if you dont want to do it. It took 9mins and 5people for me to get tea by myself. The chickfila line would've been quicker and more polite. I feel bad for the employees, this place needs a...

Fairly regular Cane's customer here. This location does not seem up to par. Ordered 3 finger combo today, and did not receive toast as advertised. Finding myself curious , I fgured out that there is some shortage of bread. Of course this is fine, things can get shaky sometimes but I was never informed of this. I drove past on the way home and see that there is a piece of paper taped to the drive thru saying bread is short and they would be substituting. Now, maybe it was there before, but it was not substituted as the paper said. Nothing was said at all. It should not be up to the customer to figure out their shortages and to specifically state their intentions. It should have been made clear that this was happening and something offered in place. This is not about a piece of toast, but more so good business practices. Instead of making a potential customer feel like their order is short, the steps should be taken to offer something else to the customer to make up for the loss. That would have been a very pleasant interaction (if it...

Very nice and hospitable Raising Canes chain! Had a very great lunch here! Food: 10/10 Everything was steaming hot, the bread was fresh, and the lemonade was impeccable as usual! Super delicious! Service: 10/10 The service here was above and beyond! They paid respect to servicemen and servicewomen which was really nice to witness (my little sister is a servicewoman herself so I take these things very seriously). They even paid respect to my grandfather and gave him a senior discount, and gave a smile as they served us. Very hospitable!! Atmosphere: 10/10 They had a very clean restaurant, and everything was in order. All their condiments was stocked and their teas were filled with fresh tea. Everything a Raising Canes should be!

I am sharing this photo because stagflation is real, at least at this location. I have frequented multiple Canes Chicken restaurants in SA and along the I35 corridor all the way to Round Rock, Texas. I usually receive 2 small chicken fingers and 2 medium - to large sized chicken fingers. In the photo, you can see I paired the "largest" chicken finger with the two longest fries I could muster and placed these next to the Cole slaw so you can see 👀 that the chicken fingers are barely 3 inches long. The restaurant must be a fairly new location in the Alamo Heights area. Seating capacity appears larger than most Canes locations.
