Food cold, fries stale. I was trying to talk to one of the employees about a crispy Taco they gave me with only cheese no meat last week so they wouldn't do it again, the employee gave me a blank look and didn't inform the kitchen and of course the the couple of new cantina chicken, crispy taco and five layer burrito I ordered barely had any ingredients in them. You paid over 2 and 3 dollars for these tacos and they barley have anything in them. This particular location is not worth my time, effort or money anymore Update October 20th, 2024 Someone gave me a gift card so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back and tried to order some food and it was more of the same with empty tacos, cold food and attitude this time from the manager when I showed her the tacos and showed her how skimpy and empty they are for $1.89 each she said it's because I didn't order any lettuce. Rudely!! I proceeded to show her all the tacos and how inconsistent they were made. Then with an attitude she asked me if I wanted them remade, I just told her I just wanted them with the correct portion sizes she could just add a little bit more meat she refused to take the tacos back cuz of company policy I guess and she did again offered to have them remade but didn't guarantee they would be correct her own words. Read moreI have never had to write a review before, if I ever was going to write a review I wanted it to be positive. I went here to get a late night snack for finals with one of my friends at 11 pm on Dec 2nd last night and I went through the drive thru and I informed the employee that we needed to put two separate payments and orders however the employee said "I can't do that". As a customer who is working in customer service has worked in customer service for many years now at multiple resturants with multiple positions all handling different POS systems I know people can end an order and start a new one. Especially because in order to make sure you take the next persons order one would have to close out and put another order anyways. When the employee told us this my friend asked if he wanted us to go through the drive thru again. He replied with yes in a off putting tone. I proceeded to place my half of the order and we went through the drive through again for my friends order but by that time she was livid and didn't feel like ordering, but she tried to place an order and he then continued with his unprofessional behavior, which made my friend cut her order short, leaving dissatisified. Read moreWe never have issues with our food, but tonight was a different story. One of the burritos we ordered was a BEAN burrito but had almost no beans. It looks as if they put one tiny spoon worth of beans and tried to spread it around to try to cover the inside of the tortilla. I called the store to speak to a manager which the person speaking stated they were, but when I explained what happened they then passed the phone to someone else. The girl was rude stated “so like did you want a remake? Are you going to come back for a remake?” Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call customer service. I get we all have bad days or make mistakes, but I was polite and just wanted to inform them of how our food was made. She was rude and offered horrible customer service.
